I love the UPS Store on Saint Simons! Everyone is kind, courteous, and genuinely interested in helping. I choose to keep a mailbox at this store because of the people who work there. Alexis, Brandon, Chris, and everyone else -- a VERY BIG THANK YOU!

Your stall including Micah was such great help. I am not tech at all and thus my first time ever in your store.

I had an item to return, and my husband did not complete the form in-full for the return (which was through Amazon Prime, on his /our account).
A very kind gentleman, named Charlie said that I might be able to save a trip back home to print out another return form if I could get our account from my cellphone. He helped me through it, and the return was completed without more waste of travel and time. Very friendly and helpful member of staff. Thank You !

This is the best UPS Store I have ever visited. The place is always clean and the staff is extremely kind and helpful with anything I have ever needed. I would highly recommend you to use this store for all your shipping needs.

I absolutely love doing business with this store. I will only use two ups locations and that is this one and the one on Altama. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are very professional and will go out of their way to help you.

What a great business. I recently had to scrabble some legal documents to several organization during the rescent hurricane in south Florida. Away from home and without a printer or a fax machine, I decided to try the UPS Store. They have so many products I never knew about. With the competent help of Alexis at the Saint Simons store, everything I needed to get done was done. Thank you Alexis.

WOW!! I can’t speak for the notary services, but a friend of mine needed his vows printed for the officiator to have a copy and this was our last hope for places that were open on New Year’s Eve. The employees were personable and incredibly pleasant. Everything was done exactly how we needed on some very nice heavier weight paper. We couldn’t be happier.

My wife and i were in town and needed to send closing documents and needed a notary to witness our signature. We called, emailed the office, they had the forms printed prior to our arrival, we signed, they notarized, and we were out the door within 10 minutes. We were very pleased!

The gentalman Ryan was extremely helpful. Had never shipped out of country before and he helped me step by step. When problems came up which he and the manager handled he called me and let me know the changes.
