Tonight I visited Orielly's due to my headlight burning out and NOAH was a lifesaver!! Prior to visiting this location I stopped at the competitor located not too far from them... unfortunately the competitor sold me the bulb but told me they were unable to do the installation because of its location! I took my purchase and went to Orielly's where I was told not only did the competitor sell me an incorrect bulb for my vehicle they also didn't offer me the grease. Well long story short, Noah got me the correct bulb, grease and installed it all! After installation the light still did not light up and Noah figured out I needed a fuse as well! I'm very thankful for Noah's top of the line costumer service!!!! He said he wouldn't stop until he figured it out so I could get home safe due to it also being nighttime... Thank you so much Noah you're an awesome human!

Victor was so patient and kind in helping me on my self diagnosis journey! I ended up visiting the store twice within a week and both times he was as helpful as he could be, and really took time to help. We were able to later solve the issue on our own, but I wanted to write this review to let others know that there is just awesome customer service to be found @ this location!

KYLE was AMAZING!!! he was very patient and personable. He answered every question I had and some....VERY knowledgeable!

The managers { Victor and Dylan) are great. Some employees will actually go out of the scope of their job to help you. Most times they have the right part anyone may need. If they don't they will get it, usually within 24 hours. Angel and Michelle are also excellent at their jobs. They are all very friendly and will do anything they can to help. Some will give you professional advice on what your problem may be. Dylan will go out of his way to accommodate you. The entire staff is good at their
jobs and will make you feel like a person not just a paying customer. DYLAN, all I can say is KEEP UP THE WORK YOU DO. It will carry you a long way in life. Victor,Angel and Michelle do the same. Customers will return to someone who gives them GREAT service like you guys do. The prices are the lowest compared to other places and the O'Reily's in Carencro is in a very convenient location.

The Asst Manager and another employee was fantastic. They did a spectacular job in changing my headlight bulbs. Visit your Carencro O’Reilly for friendly service.

This is my favorite Auto Parts chain store and Carencro is my favorite location. They always have what I need and plenty of helpful advice, if I need it or not. Great service from the staff, they never avoid me but don't hover either. Occasionally I like to browse their selection and I'm free to do so with no pressure. Keep keeping upsell to a minimum and I'll keep coming back.

The guy that helped us was super friendly, nice and Very Helpful he was able to get us what we needed from another store and the had it waiting when we walked.

Live in Abbeville right by O Reilly’s a week ago had them put on Bosch Clearview wipers, Today 9/18/18) driver side wiper few off while driving on the highway (167) stopped at O Reilly in Carevro and Mr. Morris went above and beyond helping me and even co long some air fresheners I was going to buy !!! Very impressed and wish the O Reilly by my house in Abbeville would be this friendly and helpful more often!!!!!!!
