The UPS Store

Great store, because:
#1: Amazon Returns center, of course!

#2: The staff are always working hard and are good and efficient at what they do.

#3: Yesterday, Diana went above & beyond to get my oversized art pages scanned in and emailed to me. The system was giving her a hard time, but she wouldn't be deterred. She problem-solved and got it done anyway, even though I gave her the option to not worry about - I would get it done at home.

My invoice was $5.95. Now, that's A+ customer service!!!

They helped me so much with printing 30 pages. Had patience as my email was being slow. I got a label online and thought I needed to buy an envelope to put it in. Worker was so knowledgeable, he saw my label and told me I get a free special envelope. I would’ve done it wrong without him.

Every time I step into the store it is a positive experience. I’ve been coming in for years. Most recently I have been helped by a young lady named Jennifer. She just does a great job. The store is friendly and efficient.

Wow! I wish I could give this store more than 5 stars! When I walked in I was greeted by the manager, Rachel. She was incredibly personable and helpful. I needed help retuning a package which I have never done before. Rachel and her staff took time to walk me though this process. The cost was way cheaper than I thought, which was amazing! With that being said, they will forever be my go to place for anything shipping. 1000/10 recommend!

I really like this store. I frequent UPS Store locations all around the greater KC Metroplex and have recently began to frequent the Belton zone on a frequent basis.

Hands down among the best service and staff in town!!!

Rachel Wesley is the Store Manager and she's friendly, helpful and ready to help and I see that her staff follow her lead and offer the best possible service every time. Joi is very friendly and focused on anything she can do to help, she will find an answer if she can't resolve a problem for you and she's surrounded by a friendly competent team with genuine smiles on their faces who are ready to step up and help out.

The only caveat is this location kinda stinks all around. General access in & out, tight door-banger-parking, and pothole-filled lot need improvement and not much UPS can do about it, rather it's a city / infrastructure upgrades kinda issues in my opinion.

This store has been my go-to for years! Their service is top-notch, they have always been kind and friendly (even when customers aren’t so much), and they go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need.

Folks are friendly and ready to help. The associate at the register was transparent about the price differences for shipping and worked to ensure my priorities were met with an awesome attitude!

Went in to set up a print job. Dyana was so helpful and answered all of my questions. It was so busy but all of the staff were so pleasant with every customer.

I will ALWAYS recommend friends, family, strangers to go to this UPS Store location for your returns, mailing, shipping, copies, etc. These people are the best. They go out of their way to help you any way they can. I had to ship out 20+ Christmas gifts to our clients and needed help with packaging, taping, and making sure that each address was correct. If I had gone anywhere else, it would have been a nightmare but Not at this UPS store!!! Make life easy on yourself when you have this on your to do list, go to this UPS Store. I live in Harrisonville and will only go here..worth the out of the way every time!!!!!

They are always so nice and fast service!!

After 13 years of living in the area, I will be moving away next week. I will miss this UPS store. This is a family-run franchise, and they have always provided absolutely excellent customer service, whether I'm selling a bunch of stuff on eBay or just picking up a diverted signature-required package. If you live in the area, I would hands-down recommend this place over any FedEx location you might find without reservation.

I wanted to leave a review for a specific employee. I’ve been this store and several area stores a number if times over the years and I’ve never encountered someone as great as Bobby who works at this location. Not only was he very helpful but he was very friendly. You guys have a goldmine with this employee. I hope you’re paying him enough

This is a great location. The workers are ALWAYS friendly and fast. The guy that works there is super helpful, n always a smile. Nice to know there are still stores where it's always friendly and streamlined, which in this town is a rarity. Keep these employees!!

This past summer I had several bound paper back books I wanted spiral bound so they would lay flat. Took them to the UPS store, they did an excellent job and the prices was more then reasonable. Much less then what I would have expected to pay.

Love this store!! Been going here for years!! Always great customer service!! Always best prices!! I drive out of my way to go here just because it's just so much better!!! Anytime I have stopped by closer ones because of convenience it has always cost me way more!!!
