My husband and I couldn’t recommend this shop enough for when you are buying your next mattress! Karen made our experience so easy and we couldn’t be happier with our new bed. From the bed frame to the mattress, service was incredible! And thanks to Alison the checkout and delivery service setup was so easy.

Warrawong Store. I purchased the Morrison Slumber Queen Mattress. The staff at the store were amazing and very helpful. The delivery and installation was fantastic. I love the mattress. I had excellent service and would highly recommend the Warrawong Best in Beds store. Will definitely shop there again.

Having visited a few other mattress stores, I was feeling pretty discouraged in terms of purchasing a new bed. But Karen and Ally were incredibly helpful from start to finish. they made the whole process fun and easy. They also gave us a great deal. I will most definitely be a client for life based on my experience. We’re even going back for our furniture. 10/10, highly recommend.

Hands down the best in the business! Stephan was very informative and Professional. We didn’t feel pressured to buy our mattress but because he was so informative and took the time to listen to our needs, we went back to buy it and other items too. Excellent range, kind staff and great prices. The staff are happy to spend time making sure you get the products that are best for you and the prices are super competitive. The place is also wheelchair accessible and even has an accessible bathroom. I'll definitely be buying anything bed/sleep related from here in the future and couldn't recommend them highly enough

We really didn't know what we were looking for, but with the amazing help from Kellie we found something perfect!
Everyone in store was super lovely and we really enjoyed our experience shopping here.
Kellie is by far one of the best sales person we have come across, welcoming, friendly and had a good couple of mum jokes too.
The manager was also really lovely and helped us pick out nice linen.

When I walked through the store, I was really unsure about which mattress I wanted to purchase and Kellie very quickly helped me out and made me feel at ease. She instantly knew the right mattress for me and of course I purchased that mattress there and then. Kellie provided me with awesome service and that is why I will definitely be back to see her when I purchase my new bed frame.

Nothing short of exceptional in the service I received from the minute I walked in- Karen was so knowledgeable & really went above and beyond with helping get the right mattress for my medical conditions & then went out of her way with the help of A.H. BEARD to deliver the bed asap. The 2 lovely delivery drivers, were also very helpful in setting up the bed.
Finally had the best sleep I have had in a very long time. Thank you & I will be sure to recommend you.

Bought a mattress, which after trying it out did not suit me. Their returns and exchange process was pretty straightforward, and I was able to find an alternative that suited much better. Great experience overall

Tim looked after us well, taking the time to show us all the options and showed expert knowledge and patience in helping us choose the right mattress, frame and matching drawers. He took our budget into consideration and helped us choose what was right for us, also doing a great deal for us. Highly recommend visiting Best in Beds at Warrawong.

We recently moved to the area and had to purchase two bedroom suites for our new house. The service was excellent from purchase to delivery. We also had some issues putting the bed together so called the store and they sent someone out the next day with a few missing screws that we needed. They were very apologetic & helpful. Great customer service and a pleasure to do business with. We've bought from both stores and never had any major problem. Our last bedroom suite is 10 years old and still going strong.

A few months ago, me and my partner bought the ‘Morrison Bliss Mattress’ in the Warrawong Best in Beds store and we absolutely love it! We started the Warrawong-Mattress-Mile with Best in Beds and made our way up all the mattress shops on that street (more or less 10 shops). I am pregnant and very picky, so probably not the easiest customer to start with 😊. In the End, Stephen’s and Anatol’s great knowledge, service and product range ensured us to have found the perfect mattress for us. Thanks so much for your patients and time!

From the moment I walked into the store til the time I had my bed delivered, the service was outstanding. The staff were very knowledgeable and honest. So many types and styles of beds to choose from to suit all styles of bedrooms. Very well priced and with an easy store layout, made it so easy to browse. All staff especially Tim were very knowledgeable and professional when we purchased our new mattress from the warrawong store last Saturday,also the delivery man was also very professional and helpful removing the old mattress and putting the new mattress in place,would highly recommend this company.

I called on a public holiday during the long covid lockdown in Sydney and was able to purchase two mattresses over the phone delivered within the week. The staff members were very helpful and we’re not trying to upsell but just help us get what we needed for a good price. We also visited the store in person a few months back before lockdown and had a great experience.

All staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and great service. Communications were excellent. I’m very happy that I bought my bed frame and kids bed they really understand their customers needs.
