The Hedland Hotel

We had a group birthday here on a Sunday evening.
Food Service was very prompt and the waitstaff were very considerate in spreading the food out and not bringing it all out at once. The checked in several times with the host to see how things were going.
The bar service for drinks was also nice and quick.

I have stayed at the Hedland Hotel on more than multiple occasions over the past 10 years, after not being to the hotel for a little over 10 months, the changes that have been made are phenomenal. The rooms are really clean and tidy and above all else comfortable.

The changes in the restaurant and bar areas are next level and exactly what Port Hedland has needed for years.

The staff are excellent and extremely helpful, with nothing ever being too much trouble.

Keep up the great work.

Had Christmas lunch today, the buffet had lots of options and the food was delicious. Special thanks to Joy and the team for working Christmas Day so we could enjoy an easy lunch.

Just want give 5 stars because the hospitality that Amy (Host) shows is amazing and the leadership on organisation of the food and beverages and the team.Amy ensure our food requirements are met.

Absolutely fantastic work!

Loved it ! Both nights we stayed we went to the ray resteraunt and Tatu is by far the best waiter I have every met in Australia. Highly recommend this man for you guys because he is brilliant !

Amy is friendly & approachable she has been a pleasure to deal with nothing is too much trouble. She went out of her way to assist us with our request. She is an asset to the business.

I recently stayed at the Hedland Hotel and the stay was good. The hotel had very clean room which had decent amenities including a coffee pod machine, fridge, kettle etc.
I had an ocean view room which was very lovely for sunsets and sunrises.
The highlight of the stay was however the service, the staff were excellent from check in all the way through, and I would like to make special mention of Joy in the food service area who went above and beyond to make the evening so comfortable for me and my team. Thank you Hedland Hotel- Joy is a joy to the world!

Amazing food, rib eye was incredible, service was outstanding, special mention to Tatu, always an absolute pleasure to see your smiling face brother.

Rays restaurant at the hotel captures the essence of excellent service. Friendly staff, best location in Hedland to enjoy a delightful meal.

I have stayed at this hotel for one week for my work trip. The staff members are lovely and accommodating. The food and drinks are delicious. The room I stayed in has nice air conditioner, big tv and comfortable bed. They make your room nice and tidy everyday. Overall , I’m impressed with their great service, keep it up! The room I have stayed in has great view of the ocean. It’s a beautiful place to rewind and relax especially after work 😊

The hotel has a good ambience and feels cozy. They have good staff who are all warm and accommodating. I think it has a good location - sunset lovers would definitely love to spend their free time here where they can witness different picturesque views of sunsets everyday.

Food was fantastic, my dessert, choc sundae was too big and overly indulgent for me 😁

Tatu and Joy looked after us so well. Considerate and approachable. Some of the best customer service in a pub I’ve experienced in a long time.

Perfect place for drinks with a view at Port Hedland. After hectic cyclone madness came out and best margarita from Jay. Staffs were excellent at restaurant. Food was amazing specially chicken burger and my partner had fish tacos. Best in town. Best margaritas in town.
Looking forward to dine in at new venue when it's open soon.

New outside area overlooking the ocean is amazing, food was great, staff very friendly & Joy (manager) was hilarious and extremely professional, ensuring everyone was having a great time. Thumbs up
