Pretty Pool Park

Absolutely lovely place where you can have a swim in protected crystal clear water, has a playground and picnic area, and immaculate public amenities. You can also bring your 4 legged friends 🐕 along. Great place for a visit.

A great place to get the sea breeze, have a free BBQ on the lawn. It has a playground for kids with shade. Restrooms within a few metres

Close to home. Great swimming hole especially at mid to high tide.

We were intrigued by this place because of the awesome name (haha) we loved it here, we spent the whole afternoon here relaxing in the shade by the park and then went down for a beautiful swim. The water is so salty here! The beach is very clean and the main pool has random depths so be careful.

Nice place for a pick nick with BBQ, shaded tables in a nice green grass. Beautiful view of the pretty pool. Nice beach for a walk or a swim. Toilets and shower. You don't need anything else.

Such a beautiful area. Love the natural surroundings. Family friendly and very inviting for tourist.

Misses slapped a fish, made her kiss it to apologise, fish bit her nose. She started bleeding. Nice place overall.

Beautiful little spot, with sandbars everywhere and water on both sides. People come here on horses and go deep inside the ocean.

Beautiful part of the world. Family friendly and a superb beach.

It is as it’s name implies. Very pretty. Low tide offers a perspective far different than when the water rises. If you’re patient you get to see plenty of water/land life and if you’re lucky again you may even get some pretty sweet photos.

Great place to relax and let the kids play

Very nice park for the area. Well maintained grass, bbq, playground and table, amenities block right nearby and the lagoon just below.

I mean... For Port Hedland?...
It's the only pretty spot a girl can think of tbh, I've grown up in lush green, forests around me, mountain biking, swimming, then got stuck out here, sadly my eyes have adjusted to this Mad Max insano land and now I froth over this little patch of green infested by stone fish.
"Yea, pretty pool's great, just don't swim in the pretty bit, or too far to the left, or to the right... Also, your skin will get ripped off if you stay out too long... But it's great!"

Showers available, great parking area with full view of pretty pool lagoons.

Great park with some trees, bbqs, a toilet with showers, beach access and nice calm swimming area. Awesome place for a picnic or to hangout for the day.

Free bbqs and picnic tables on a lovely grassed area overlooking the the beach. Worth a visit. The best place to swim in Port Hedland but go at high tide. Great place to walk dogs and strangely there is a clothing optional section.
