The store is very large and bright. Huge selection of books and magazines in every genre.

There are also home accessories, games and puzzles, plus is attached had to a Starbucks.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. When the check out line gets too long, they right away call for more staff to come. The wait is never that long.

This is always a fun place to go shopping. They have great prices on books. The store is always clean and well organized. The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. They raise money for local schools and education supporting literacy and reading for kids in Canada and even the local school community.
The washrooms are clean. This location also has a fantastic kids section at the back of the store with a huge selection of books. They also carry kids decor, baby clothing, lunch bags and backpacks, plush toys and toys of all sorts.

So pleased with the Helpfulness and Easy purchase...after looking locally for my Workbook. Would have stayed and looked way more... however on road trip, I didn't allow time for Book Perusing...especially with a convenient Starbucks & Chai Latte in my Hands to warm up with, Next time for Sure! ♡

I love this place with all my heart. I could walk around and look through the bookshelves for hours. I think I've been there at least 20 times, and I've never explored the whole place. There's a Starbucks next door, and I'm so thankful that this particular branch is still 99% books - not like some other branches that are now crawling with home decor, etc. My favourite ♡

My favorite book store and I don't even like reading all that much. This place makes me wish I was more into reading, I'd possibly hang out here. Management and staff are friendly and very helpful. Great place to shop for children.

Amazing staff, amazing selection and sales and the most fun place to walk around and explore. Your go-to place for gifts for anyone and everyone. The staff here is incredible. The other patrons here are amazing as well! I got so many suggestions when I went in looking for books for my nephew. Congratulations to the whole staff here. You are amazing folk! Love love love! You get all kinds of books your want. The employees are so warm and helpful. Finding an item is easy using the available computers. You’ll definitely stay longer that you wanted. Then also have various promotions at different times.

Went to Indigo Pinecrest today. Fantastic service from an employee named Eric. I couldn't find a certain book that the computer on hand said that there were 3 of. Eric searched and searched til it was found. Eric also has great personality.

Lovley place with indoor access to starbucks, which makes it more comfortable. I bought a present for someone and she didn't like it then I returned it to Indigo and they didn't ask me any question however the was opened. They refunded me easily.

Really like going to this location anytime I am in ottawa. Very clean. Lots of choice. Helpful staff

Always nice place to be. Very helpful staff. Prices are on bar with other retailers. They will even honor their online price, so don’t wait for shipping. Just go there and you will be happy with one or few treasures to keep you busy for the next couple of days/weeks.

Love the store! Great variety and choices on books! I hope they will be able to bring back seats and chairs after covid. The service is great and I got help right away when I couldn’t fond a book I was looking for!

I guess they finally decided to put more seating in, hadn't been in since last summer and there's significantly more seating now.
