Christine Eberle Yoga

Christine is one of those rare yoga instructors that say just enough to give you all you need for a challenge in your class but not so much that you get lost. Her ability to modify for many participants in a class is amazing. I appreciate her professional, calm approach and always feel seen in her classes. I was fortunate to experience her recent yoga retreat to a Greek Island. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend it. My yoga ability really improved during the retreat. Thanks, Christine, for all you do for us!

The retreat was held at Kathy's Island resort. We LOVED our time with the amazing folks who offer retreats there. If you get the chance, do go. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Yoga Retreat in Karpathos-Greece was an excellent experience for me. It was very well organized, all the details were planned out so well, including daily yoga classes, day trips, adventurous hiking trips, movie and karaoke nights. Kathy’s Island Yoga Retreat Centre crew/associates deserve a 5 star with the delicious Greek cuisine, friendly service with a smile. Thanks to Elias and Kathy for preparing this amazing environment. Our group was very friendly and I enjoyed spending every minute with them. Off course, Christine Eberle is absolutely an amazing instructor with knowledge, experience, patience and discipline with perfect coordination and communication skills. I admire her professionalism.
This was my first retreat ever and the best retreat so far but I am looking forward to join her organization in the future without any hesitation.

The yoga lead by Christine was wonderful, the staff and accommodations were divine and the vibe was as more that I imagined. A slice of heaven indeed!

Christine is a stellar yoga teacher. She understands her yogis and differentiates depending their needs. She is also versatile in her teachings and loves to add a new challenge. The Belize retreat was full of adventure and we all had time for other activities like paddle boarding, swimming, or reading on the beach!!

Christine is a superb yoga instructor. I started attending her Yoga for stiff dudes a couple years ago with a bit of reluctance at first (having never done yoga before) but now I look forward to each class and always feel great afterwards. I really notice a difference when I’m cycling, playing golf or kayaking. I would highly recommend Christine’s class for any guy that wants to improve his health and level of physical activity.
