Dr. T takes his job very seriously but also is kind and likes to share humor with his patients. The front counter staff are beyond friendly and outgoing in their service and the dental assistants do good work too. I was very taken aback by how nice the office is too. Really excited to get my son signed up this year.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sam and his staff. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone living here. There wonderful and caring and a very human side in dealing with them. If your living in the Fergus area I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Sam and your staff for all you do for this community and of course being the best dentist.

This dental office, is the best I have ever been to. The staff are amazing, polite and professional!! My hygienist is bar none the best, my teeth are meticulously cleaned painlessly. Dr. Tawadrous is a master, efficient, professional and kind. The dental bridge work he has done for me and my family has been perfect. He is quick to offer suggestions to solve the my issues. My kids feel very comfortable with him. All the paper work and submissions are completed by them , and even payment plans are an option. No problem getting in for appointments, even after work hours! The best above the rest!!

Today was my second visit to Grand River Dental Centre. I have nothing but great things to say about this office so far!! I have never been keen on going to the dentist but all the staff made it a much more pleasant experience for me. The administrative staff are very friendly always greeting me as soon as I walk in! Both the hygienists I have seen are amazing, they are very thorough and quite gentle when doing my regular cleaning! I am beyond thrilled with Dr. Ted, I had some fillings done today and like most, i'm not a fan of the freezing process, but I must say he administers the needle with ease, I barely even felt it!! I also had some imperfections in my teeth that I wanted to get fixed without the use of braces. Dr. Ted listened to my requests and gave me his professional opinion on what could be done other than just a referral to an orthodontist (which every other dentist I have seen has NOT done), he came up with a solution to meet both our needs and I have to say I am thrilled! I would definitely recommend this office.

Very good friendly service. I don't like dentist but this place makes you comfortable I now have this place as my dentist. Had work done to bottom teeth. Two removed and partial plate made. Excellent job. Best dentist I have been too.

I've always had some anxiety about the dentist and it got worse at my last place. After one visit to Grand River Dental Centre I'm so happy. The hygienist (Julie) was very patient with me and aware of my anxiety. She was sensitive and communicated with me while she was doing my cleaning.

Then Dr. Tawadrous did my filling quickly, painlessly and with a touch of humour.

I had lots of dental work done over the years. My experience with Dr. Ted was by far the BEST! I was very impressed with how gentle he was. It was the first time in my life to have zero pain during and after the work was done. Dr.Ted seemes to really know his stuff. Awesome job.

I learned to fear dentists at an early age, and even though I have had some wonderful care since, that fear has stayed with me. A relocation made finding a new dentist necessary. Dr. Tawadrous was wonderful - patient, assuring and considerate of my experiences. The appointment was over in no time and I barely felt the needle. Thank you Dr. Tawadrous !

This is the best dentist I have ever been too so compassionate and caring and I was deathly afraid of the dentist before going here. I have to say Dr Sam and all his assossiates were beyond amazing and went beyond what they had too to accommodate me. Thanks you are all amazing. I definitely recommend this office.

My family has been coming to this location for our dental care for 30 + years. Some bumps in the road were experienced in the years between the departure of Rudi Chairandini and prior to the arrival of Dr Ted. Since then, let me be very clear when saying that since the involvement of Dr Ted, every dental requirement (be it for normal maintenance or more pro-active in nature) has resulted in a positive outcome for our family.
These are the matters of greatest importance to your health. Suffice it to say that all staff are up to the same standard.

I have never gone to a dentist before an felt no pain. My work benefits were expiring today an they made time an took me right away. I was so nervous I was sweating. Had 3 teeth fixed an when they were done this is the only place I am letting fix my teeth if needed.

Incredibly patient and supportive team. Dr. T always makes my kids (and myself!) feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend.

Very caring professional as usual also i like the way they screen patients for COVID ..well prepared

I have been a patient of Dr. Tawadrous for a number of years and recently had dental crowns on my front teeth.Iam very pleased and satisfied and would highly recommend his office for your dental care.

We just moved here over a year ago,,had a hard time finding a good dentist..i have huge anxiety ..i found one....grand river dental,there were great...very kind staff and dr was very pleasent....have not had any work done yet, so, i will for sure review this again....but so far great experience....thanks
