After-Hours Clinic Fergus at Walmart by Jack Nathan Health

I had a great experience. I called at 830am, the receptionist picked up right away, and booked me an appointment for about an hour later. No other patients in the waiting room. I got seen right away. The doctor was very nice. I would definitely recommend this for someone who gets sick after hours.

First time attending this clinic. I started calling for an appointment early in the morning. It did take a few tries to get through (to be expected) but once I did get through the lady who answered the phone was very nice and booked my appointment. Upon arrival everyone was on time, the office was clean and everyone I dealt with was very pleasant! I was in and out in approximately 30 minutes, much better than attending a walk in clinic. I would highly recommend this after hours clinic!!

Had such a great experience today at the Fergus walk in clinic. I called early on a Sunday with little notice and they got me in right away. Dr. Jafferjee shook my hand even though I felt like a disgusting mess with my cold. Prompt, effective and empathetic service. Well done!

I’ve been seen by a number and I haven’t had a bad experience. Quite the busy clinic, perhaps an expansion may help as they clearly do have the patients for it. Hard to get in with sometimes but extremely helpful. Thank you 🙏

I have been a couple times and I drive over an hour go specifically to that clinic. Its a nice walk in clinics and the staff have been gresy each time. Make sure you are there early in the weekends so you don't miss out as it can get full as early as 11 or 12 even tho they are open till 2. It's usually just one doctor working there so that's understandable.

I live in Orangeville and would do anything to avoid going to the hospital for a non-emergency. With today being a Sunday and right before christmas, walk-in clinics aren't open near me. I made the 35 minute drive to Fergus for my daughter to be seen early. After reading reviews about the online hours being posted wrong and people being turned away due to maximum capacity, I didn't have high expectations, but my toddler needed to be seen. We arrived at 9:20 and there was a line-up out the door. Okay, so the hours were right, don't listen to the other review below. Sunday's are 9-2 even on holidays. There was a bit of a wait, but that was to be expected with this walk-in being the only one open around. We were in a room by 11:00 and the staff were very informative of how many people were ahead of you. Dr. Easterbrook came in right after and greeted both me and my daughter with a genuine smile and extremely positive attitude. He played fun little games with her while checking her over and after he made his diagnosis, he went to triple check the medication he was prescribing her as she has an allergy to penicillin. He explained the dose, side effects, and how long it would take for her to start feeling herself again. He blew my away. Thank you so much to everyone at the clinic. We will definitely make the drive to visit agaon if we need to.

I have been attending this place for some time now and can say it's a great place, clean, friendly staff and doctors in my opinion are great. Wait times varies from day to day because it's completely random considering I usually wait as early as 5 mins to average 30 mins and in two seperate occasions I have waited 45mins to 1 hour.

From my observation I find clients to be the problem where I have seen some show frustration and complain because they have to wait long, or simply not have their cards with them.

This is a great walk in clinic! Nice and clean, with very friendly staff. It’s an amazing service - seen quickly for matters that don’t need a hospital, when you can’t get into a doctors office. Thank you for your awesome care!!

The staff here were super friendly and welcoming! The doctor was thorough and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. The wait time was really good considering how busy it was! Thank you for such great care.

I had to go here quite a few times recently and the walk in doctor was more helpful to me than my family doctor usually is. Waits can be long but it's a walk in clinic, what do you expect?

Always have good experience here, even if the wait is long (but shorter than an ER wait!). Staff is helpful and accommodating.
