This place just exceed all expectations! The restaurant is beautiful, the staff extremely friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. A must visit if you are in Elora.

We ordered the brioche french toast without the bacon, the server was kind enough to substitute with sourdough bread and condiments instead and also an open faced sandwich, Croque Monsier, again asking to remove bacon which they happily accommodated.

Both dishes were just perfect! You can tell they are using quality ingredients in everything they make. Great portion sizes, high quality, fantastic presentation. 💯 👌🏻

Also ordered verbena tea which is super cool as it changes color with lemon and also is very calming and refreshing!

In total the bill came out to $50 something plus tip.

This was actually my first High Tea experience and it was amazing. We made a reservation and got seated immediately (we really liked the window seats) and our server got us familiarized with the menu and gave us some recommendations as well. We had a lot of different pastries and they all tasted phenomenal. The tea I got paired really well with the pastries and I really enjoyed myself. Thank you for this experience!

Great place for brunch. They are famous for their Afternoon Teas but we also love their All Day Breakfast selections. We recommend the Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict and Wild Tart Breakfast. Their coffee is also really good.

Came here for my anniversary and had the Signature Afternoon Tea. It was so wonderful! We reserved online and requested to sit on the patio, if possible. The workers here are so friendly and gave us their favorite seat outside when it was ready.

They offer iced versions with sweeteners for some tea options so we decided to try it on this beautifully warm day. We had so much fun trying all the different pastries, sandwiches, and scones, along with the three spreads that they provide. The food is quite filling and it took us the whole seating time to finish our plates. We are definitely interested in coming back and trying their other menu items.

If you’re going to Elora, especially for a mini getaway or a bachelorette weekend, this is a must in your itinerary. A whimsical and tastefully decorated afternoon tea place, it makes one feel they’ve partaken in something special. Gilmore Girls feels all the way. The food and tea options were good. I wish they had more protein in their top tier items, and their tea options were not as diverse as other tea rooms I’ve been to, but it was all in all a memorable experience. The servers were genuinely sweet and gave us some ideas of what to do around town. I would come here again to try their brunch items.

We had a wonderful time at the Wild Tart to celebrate our anniversary.
Our server, Braedon, made our time that much better!
He was so welcoming, charismatic and genuine.
We were seated upstairs and Braedon went over the specials and teas. We really enjoyed the savory afternoon tea, all of the accompaniments were delicious! We will definitely be back and highly recommend it for both the food and drink along with the hospitality!

We took a friend here for her birthday, absolutely loved it!

Two of us got the burrata toast - it came out super colourful and way bigger than we expected, the combination of flavours was refreshing and delicious! Our other friend got Eggs Benedict - she loved that it came with spring greens and roasted potatoes!

We also had some drinks from the cocktail menu, our waitress was helpful in suggesting what’s popular and gave us some insight on the staff favourites!

Overall, the food was flavourful, the staff was super friendly, and the space is cute and clean. Will definitely be coming back - would love to try their high tea!

Beautiful, quaint little restaurant in the beautiful village of a Elora. Nice and cozy on a cool morning. We had a seat by the window which was nice to watch folks walking by. The hostess/server was exceptional as was the young lady that keep us topped up with coffee. If you order a carafe, it is kept hot and when pouring…no drips!!! The breakfast was very flavourful, bacon was nice and meaty, the sausage was a nice touch, sourdough toast was a little crispy for my liking. We will go again and you should GO!

We visited today for Afternoon Tea. Everything was wonderful. We sat upstairs which was nice because it was a little more quiet as we were celebrating as a family. Beautiful atmosphere, staff were nice and very helpful. Food was delicious. Not sure what the other negative reviews are on about. We had a great meal and experience. Will definitely return.

Outstanding! Stopped in for tea and got their apple crumble (I've attached a photo), which was absolutely spectacular. They have a very creative and talented chef.

I LOVED LOVED LOVED my second time at The Wild Tart and my first and soul satisfying experience having the Classic Afternoon tea with a pot of Chai tea which I highly recommend. Everything was PERFECT! A BIG Thank you to Keira, Eve, Katie, James, Geoffrey and the talented chef and kitchen staff for helping me to have a most delicious, beautiful and memorable experience! From my vantage point, I could see the interactions between the staff and customers and I was very impressed by the consistently warm, positive and friendly welcome and service that each customer received. If you haven't tried this gorgeous European inspired restaurant and Afternoon Tea place, what are you waiting for? I highly recommend you check it out and I know you will LOVE it and will become a regular customer like me!

Just absolutely love this place. The beef cheek terrine was awesome. The scones, both sweet and savoury, were fantastic. I love their strawberry jam and herb butter. My ctrl alt delete tea was very aromatic. Pleasantly surprised with rhubarb fused so well with the smoked salmon. Will absolutely come back again.

Went for an Afternoon Tea Date here recently. While it is on the pricey side the quality of the food is outstanding. The atmosphere is quiet and lovely; we sat upstairs where it was a little less busy.

One of my favourite little spots in Elora. I've been here for brunch and afternoon tea and both were absolutely delicious. The perfect spot for a girls day.

Four months ago I gave a 5 star review. After my visit this weekend I give it a 2 due to a large party upstairs service was terrible for those of us downstairs. Long wait for food with no apology just told them had a big party upstairs. Really disappointed when I brought friends who recently moved here to check out what was my favourite place.

Today I visited Elora and enjoyed some desserts and juice at the Wild Tart, with my family. The staff was super nice, respectful and considerate. The place was so clean and cozy. We truly enjoyed being there and loved the calm music.

At this critical juncture of our life due to this pandemic, we have to support these restaurants and local businesses and at the same time, these businesses need to go extra mile to welcome their customers and offer superb service; like what this restaurant did. I’m surprised to read some of the negative reviews here, nonetheless the owners response indicates that they care for customer service and respond. This is truly appreciated!

One suggestion to the owners is to simplify and organize the menu to be easily navigated. Other than that, you are doing great. Thanks.
