Very impressed! I purchased a pair of work boots a couple weeks ago and am fortunate enough to be able to submit my receipt to my employer and get reimbursed…. So when ya loose the receipt it’s like loosing a few hundred bucks lol. Did not expect to get anywhere but thought a phone call would be worth a shot, had the pleasure of getting Sherri on the phone and after two calls (my fault ). She spent a considerable amount of time with me and got it figured out and I had an email before we hung up the phone! Not the norm these days!! I’ll be back to her store for sure !!!

Friendly staff , honestly this is the only Mark's that I have visited in the last 5 years where I haven't felt uncomfortable. I have a lot of tattoos so when I walk into lots of stores they automatically think I'm there to steal something. Which is never the case but at this store they were helpful and friendly and didn't have 3 staff members watching my every move . So I would definitely go buy my work stuff from here again. Thank you Mark's staff honestly it's very nice to have the staff treat you the same as everyone else. Keep up the good work .

I arrive shortly before closing and a gentleman helped me with work clothes and boots. He was attentive and very friendly. At no time did I feel pressure to hurry up as they where closing. Great experience this time.

This store is great, the staff at the till are awesome only thing we found the last time was the shortage of floor staff. However we were able to get our stuff no problem. One hint sign up for email notifications we sasved an additional 30 dollars off on top of the specials . Great deal

always such a good experience shopping here!! i (19 y/o F) was looking for new work shoes and the manager was instantly very informative about different brands and durability!! they always have awesome sales and i shop for me and my partner whenever i go and leave with something that makes me happy!! 10/10 recommend Red Deer's north Marks location! thanks to all the friendly staff who make shopping here such a wonderfully pleasant experience.

I only had a quick minute to stop in to pick up a top I had ordered online and exchange another one and Simone made the entire experience quick and easy, and with a smile on her face. Thank you for that Simone!

Shane was very helpful getting me a set of size 12 Bama socks. I had been in there a few days previous but stock was empty on size 12.
They would be coming in soon he said.
I happened to be in store today for something else and he recognised me, grabbed a size 12 of the socks and came up to me and said it was size 12 you were looking for right?
I was impressed and grateful at the same time. Thanks Shane for the great service!! 10/10!!

I was in there on Monday and Marlene helped me get more cash back on my triangle app I got the best customer service I’ve ever had thank you so much, she made me laugh how wonderful .

It's a good store people there have good customer service skills. Help you get the items you need. Very clean store organized. Great place for guys and gals stuff from casual to work. The items fit fit as well. Good variety. Wife and I like this place.
It's a good example of how a business should be looked after.

I love Levi Denims & Marks carries all Levi clothes. I find they have a great warranty on everything in the store. Their Denver Hayes brand is excellent. I'm a Marks Gal 🤗✌
