A&W

My partner and I were served by a “Lisa” around 9pm on July 26. She was very kind. Between her and her kitchen team, we received possibly the best A&W we’ve ever had! My uncle burger looked like it walked out of a commercial and my partner raved that we should make sure these folks know they’re doing a phenomenal job. Other patrons seem to complain about the wait, but that seems customary for A&Ws. Given that I don’t remember the last time fast food was this good, I have only great things to say and will be returning to this location in the future.

Last evening, around 7:30 to 8, we visited the place for our Sunday night dinner. Despite there being only two guys working, they provided exceptional customer service. We were thoroughly impressed by their attentiveness and efficiency. Kudos to them for making our dining experience enjoyable!

Late night snack? So freshhhhh, and 230 am!!!! Kindest staff ever, I even got hash browns! Thank you y’all for not disappointing! 5 STARS 👌🏻

I like $2 teen burgers so much. This restaurant makes them better than most. Always a good day when it’s a Teener day.

Usually a very fast and efficient place, its not usually busy so you can always rely on a quick stop in and go. I have never had any bad experiences here, good job guys! It is the more expensive out of all other fast food chains but that understandable.

Went there to get a burger for breakfast last Thursday I believe. Found out they serve bacon, eggs and toast. It was good at a 5 star level for a burger chain but of course it won't be the same as home made. The guy serving me was performing an exceptional job. He was very polite and helpful with letting me know my options and such. He had a beard with a beard net on it. If he's not the manager, he should be, if not a higher position with some proper training from A&W's head office. Better to promote these kinds of people over losing them.

Was pleasantly surprised. Not much of an a&w guy but this place was busy and fast, the decor was nice, frosted mugs for eating in for the root beer. Food was hot, fresh, and made to order.

The coffee here is smooth 😎 and I personally think it's a little better than Tim Hortons coffee. Too bad the store doesn't open till 7 or 8am.
The Mozza combo is one of my favorites, and who can't get enough of their fries with that seasoning salt, c'mon now!!!!

I usually stop in once a week for lunch, and I have to commend one young lady that works there. She is always friendly, super polite, professional and fast. She does not waste a step while taking orders and getting the bags out the window or out to cars in the pickup spaces. If every body in society had her work ethic the world would definitely be a better place!

Food was good, service was good, was a fairly busy location but the service was quick. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the smoothie as it was mostly ice chunks.

Love the Alliston location! The staff are always friendly and quick to communicate any delays in preparing my order. They accommodate any special dietary restrictions without any problem. I will continue to visit this location regularly.

I enjoy coming here for lunch or anytime of the day. The staff are good to me.

Plenty parking.
Speedy service.
Polite and professional staff.
Food served fresh. I never had this soft and spongy bun fir burger earlier from A&W. Coffee was good too.

Wow what nice workers the girl in drive-thru must off heard me talking to my wife about the spicy sauce wondering if u could get it on the side never asked in the end just came to our own conclusion that u couldn't . But when we got home she put some in our bag thanks you was awesome of u guys to surprise us

I LOVE DILL !! She's so sweet <3 I went through the drive thru and she was so nice and friendly. She made my day so much better
