I am not a big mac d fan, but i felt the service they offer is versatile. One among the better mac in Kitchener

I come here regularly at different times of day. Even when busy, the wait times are reasonable and my order is always correct. The staff here really make an effort, unlike another McD location in the regional area (even though it has the same owner).

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. On this visit they didn't have the donuts I ordered and gave me the option of substituting a different dessert or just getting a refund. Really nice and I appreciated that they came out to ask.

I had such an good experience at this location. Mariah Martin served so well and she was so polite dealing with every customer. She is great asset for this location.

THE best! Food is hot & fresh, order is correct, staff are so kind and friendly. Dining room is immaculately clean. Thank you to Karen especially for making my son smile - she was so lovely with him. Will happily return!!

Great drive thru service. Very busy and they were asking vehicles to pull ahead as they should. The meal....was hot, both Big Mac and Quarter cheese combos were excellent and the fries were piping hot (we ate it right away in the car). The quality and service were both excellent. We haven't experienced this at a McDonalds location for years.

I'm a trucker and occasionally stroll through town here. I always make a point to stop and get one of the all day breakfasts. Coffee is hot and fresh, the kid that works the front counter is over the top with enthusiasm to please the customer and the breakfast is worth standing in line for. Yes there is a bit of a wait but that's because your food is being made hot and fresh and not being taken out from under a heat lamp in the back.

If a manager is reading this, give the young fellow at the front counter a raise. Every single time I come through he is scoring top marks for service!

P.S. best damn hash browns for miles around!

For a McDonalds, it is good. I mean, not exactly Michelin Star dining, but a couple Happy Meals buys some quiet time. Occasionally they make a mistake with the order, but generally the experience is very good.

Staff here has been wonderful everytime, clean, and organized. Drive through has double order speakers and fits larger trucks and vehicles easily. There's also an outside patio at this location.

Literally my best experience at a McDonalds ever. The manager was in lobby asking people to go and sit and was delivering orders. He came by to ask if we needed trays taken from the table to make room. It was me and my two year old and the help was so appreciated. All McDonald should strive to match the Elmira location.

It has to be your lucky day when this guy is working and taking your orders.Today I did have a tiny bit of disappointment that the line took a little while, however, the person at the pay station instantly suggested me download the MCD application and get access to meal coupons and within a few minutes bought my breakfast price half way down instantly. This guy evidently knows what he is doing. Kudo's to others too they were pretty fast with my order.
