My recent patio furniture shopping experience with this store is all 5 stars. Everyone namely Bethany, Delaney; Chad and especially Brendan are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Highly recommend!

Good on them for hiring obsessive compulsives. Super neat and tidy and everything well merchandized!

Great service here! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in and had what I needed for my car the day I called. Thankful for their help to get me new tires quickly and cost effectively!

I always find this store to be clean, organized and usually spot on when using the app to find items you are searching for. An area of improvement could be for the staff to always be willing to drop whatever task they are working on in order to assist customers. Staff here are very friendly but feel they need to be approached rather than greeting customers in their area and asking them if they need assistance.

Today I came in at 4:45 the time when you work in retail that you are just waiting for the end of the day. I had been in the day before looking for a product that wasn’t on the shelf. I checked the website and there were 9 so I went back. Shelf was empty. I asked Easton who checked to confirm they were in stock and offered to go back to the warehouse and get me some. He came back in 5 minutes with the product. That, my friends , is excellent customer service. He could have told me it was out of stock. But he went the extra mile. Great job! He should be recognized for doing this at the end of the day!

Clean organized store with friendly helpfully staff

I purchased a couple items from the automotive department over the weekend and had a positive experience overall. The cashier was friendly and polite, the parking lot was spacious and convenient, and I was able to find everything I was searching for. The business hours could be better to accommodate more customer's needs, especially on the weekend, but this wasn't a terrible inconvenience for me.

I called Elora Canadian Tire. I was looking for something specific that Fergus, Guelph & Kitchener stores had 0 balance. The lady said there were 20 in stock, I told her I was on my way up, and I asked her to put 2 aside. She said no problem. I got there, and 2 were sitting at the service counter. I was very happy 😊, so I bought 1 more. THANK-YOU! for the Great Service!

Great staff! Sadly didn't get to do my garden shopping, as the garden center was in the parking lot lol. Quite the sight with the staff drenched. Lots of staff outside cleaning up, and super friendly. Young lady at cash was super helpful. Came back monday and got everything I wanted in the garden center.

Great place , friendly staff , nice clearance table and they gave my sale price on tires I was looking at that were not even on sale . Very happy

By far the best Canadian Tire location I have ever shopped at. The staff are actually knowledgeable about products and inventory, and customer service is excellent. I have never had less than top-notch experience here. As an older style store it can be a bit cramped at times, but is well stocked with most items.

This store is awesome. It has great selection of products and has a lot of stock. Great products and quality products. Store is clean very well laid out.

Really friendly will honor a sale price up to a week after the sale often if in stock.

Large store with appliances lots of seasonal and sporting goods but lots of Staples as well.

Usually only one cashier on and I've probably been in there 10 times so far.

Then if they do call someone it's because there's 6 people in line not the customary call after 2 +1 you are serving.

Got the help that I needed from the Auto desk. Got the tires that I needed. It's a little bit frustrating that other stores lied to me and gave me false information but I guess they won't get any of my business any longer.

This location is much less crowded than other ones, even during their "anniversary" sale. Isles are tighter than in newer locations (not helped by the sale merchandise laid out through the middle as is typical for all Canadian Tire stores), and going through the cash is a bit slow (not because of a line up but because staff count is on the low side and probably also because the pace of life in Elmira is a bit different than in larger cities), but the staff is friendly and approachable, and the product selection/availability is good. I have previously found them to have items in stock that were sold out elsewhere. Overall, they may not be fresh and spacious, but they're a good store.

I ordered a playstructure from them online, but got a call that they had sold it in store before my order was picked. Kristie was so kind, offering many options to me. I decided to keep the order active to see if any would be forthcoming in the next while. She spoke with the owner that day, who coordinated with another store to get their last one in stock, and as it's on the truck they are delivering for free!! Incredible service!!!! Thank you Candian Tire Elmira!♡

I've ordered a couple products online and did the in store pickup and had a fantastic experience. The employees were quick to process everything and had me on my way. Overall great store!
