Tim Hortons

Thanks to Tim Hortons (either this branch or possibly corporate) for the free coffee and hot chocolate being given out at the Elmira Syrup Festival. It was a little chilly to start the day and that free coffee site hit the spot. Especially after I had already made the mistake of paying too much for some pretty bad coffee at one of the vendor stalls.

I’m a big believer in good service. Whoever was working was cheerful. They made me my favourite coffee. An extra large double double with a shot of expresso! Yummy

Always come here after my shift to get drinks and always get them in a good manner from the drive thru. Tonight was helped by Ameen who has superb customer service skills and is always welcoming and helpful. Its my go to after work ;)

While I cannot speak much as to the in-house atmosphere of the establishment, through drive-thrus ive had an amazing experience, particularly at night. I typically ask for a very simmilar order any time I go, and despite it being a bit of a strange one, employees remember it quite easily. the friendliness and familiarity they show when interacting is also very nice for people who like that.

I was told my drink would be ready in 1 minute. It in fact took only 33 seconds. I was overjoyed. I proceeded to burn my lips, tongue, and throat because of how excited I was. Never ordering an iced cap from this timmies again.

You have got to get rid of the paper straws and the paper spoons. I can no longer order your ice caps or your chili. Those chemical laced paper straws and paper spoons should not be used. They taste horrible and leave a sort of rash in my mouth.

Has never once given me coffee instead of tea unlike the St. Jacobs location.

As a bonus the drive through takes you around the entire store so you feel like you're picketing or on strike.

In the summer there's a great group of old guys just sitting in lawn chairs in the parking lot. Very welcoming. I bet they've got stories to tell.

The best branch that made my bagel for me

A young staff on the weekend when I visited but they were adequate. I haven't had a Timmies soup in a while not sure if it's the same everywhere but at this Elmira location they had the biggest freshest buns to accompany your soup I had ever experienced.

Best ice coffees arround

There was a long line at the drive thru but once i ordered, my order was ready by the time i got to the window. It was during the lunch rush so I'm satisfied with how long i waited all things considered.

I go often to the Tim Hortons at the Esso station on St. David Street in Fergus. Very busy location. Fast and courteous service.

The orders are always correct. You can order food and modify it with no issues. Staff are friendly, not crunchy like at other places. This place has a line-up for a reason. It's worth waiting.

Was there today at about 2 pm found the staff and the people friendly clean and quick service highly recommend them it was wonderful to see a smile on the staff faces must be a great place to work !

Coffee and donuts. Tum Hortons is a Canadian Foundation. If you're visiting from the USA and are going back, they should do a blood test at the border. If you haven't had Tim Horton...turn around and get some before you leave . Yes I know you have them in the Northern states. Not the same, sorry.

Love going to Timmies for what ever theyake, it is all great. The best is the coffee and the Cravable Roast Breef sandwich or the Steak& egg breakfast sandwich.
