Pyramid Pizza & Wings

I work nearby outside of elmira. The one time I came in, there was not any Hawaiian slices left for lunch. I was a little disappointed. The next day, I called beforehand and asked if they would have Hawaiian slices - they said normally they sell out around lunchtime, but could make them fresh for me that following day. I told them I would be in about 12:15PM that same day. When I got there, I was greeted with really friendly service and my slice came fresh out of the oven. It was fantastic, I really applaud the effort and service!

excellent pizza, sauce is perfect...not too heavy and very tasty, toppings are generous, amazing pick up deals.. highly recommended... ordered here many times never disappointed, always hot n ready in record time. Love this place!!!

Pizza is really good. Service is really good. I ordered garlic bread and cheese and the amount of cheese he puts on is awesome not chintzy on the toppings

My husband and I ordered takeout today around 430 and we ordered a large pizza and garlic bread. I picked up my order and came home and as I came in the driveway I got a call from pyramid Pizza that I was given the wrong order. I told them that I just got home and I live outside of Elmira. The man I spoke to was so friendly, and they had a driver personally drive out to deliver the breadsticks. So impressed!! They really go above and beyond!

My only complaint about the food is the garlic bread with cheese.
When it's made with sub buns the cheese sticks to one side of the bread. So only one side has cheese on it. I don't mind the sub buns but maybe you could separate the buns so the cheese does not stick together. I really do enjoy your pizza a lot. I think it's the best in town hands down and priced really well.

Decent pizza, really enjoyed the breaded wings (maybe a little more sauce though, the containers given are quite small for a pound of wings; I like my wings saucy). Service was friendly and had our food ready in the 15 minutes they said it would take. Will definitely be back, especially for those breaded wings!

Tried Pyramid pizza Elmira last summer, and it was amazing!!! But I live in kitchener, so I thought I'd try another location, closer to home. Not nearly as delicious. So when I come out to visit my mom, if we're craving pizza, we most definitely stop in at the Elmira location. Always a smiling face behind the counter, and the pizza is Devine!! And the prices are fantastic!

We moved to Elmira 2 years ago. Our neighbour suggested ordering from here. The pizza is great but the delivery guy (Son) is fantastic!!! He puts a smile on our face every time we order. This kind of customer service doesn't come around that often. We enjoy seeing him every time he comes.

The food is always very good and the prices are very reasonable. The wings are very good. The staff is very friendly except one younger kid that works the phones and cash who seems upset with every phone call and customer.

Like others have said, don't order online. It's a pain and it's unreliable. Waited almost an hour one day before calling and they hadn't got the order.

Delivery does usually take upwards of 40 minutes most evenings but pickup is quick.

Overall, best pizza in Elmira.

The pizza tasted great as it always does. And because the pizza took longer than the owner thought it should, he stated that my next pizza I ordered would be free!!! Great customer service!
