This location is amazing! Such wonderful & friendly staff, and super quick service. I have been to other Starbucks locations in the area (Waterloo, Fergus, Guelph) and none of them compare to the Elmira Starbucks! The drinks are made with love and taste amazing. The people working here are personable and have genuine conversations with their customers. Today, I was asked by the woman working at the drive through what my favourite Disney movie was, and she put that on my cup. Keep up the great work and I look forward to each time I pull into the drive through!

Finally in Elmira, Starbucks opened with a modern look and environment. The drive thru experience was smooth (a little slow but expected as they ramp up), and the drinks had the consistency you’d expect from Starbucks: awesome.

Incredibly friendly and outgoing staff. They are always on their toes and go out of their way to make sure everyone has a positive experience. Rare to see this level of service out of a new location. Keep up the good work!

It is a newer location so I’m trying to give some grace, however it’s either really good service or terrible service. There’s times where they’re quick and make my order perfect, and other times I have to wait 15-20 mins in drive thru and receive a drink not properly made. Hopefully as time goes on this location becomes more consistent.

Update: the last handful of times I have gone to this location orders have been correct, service has been fast, and staff have been very kind and friendly.

After a few weeks this location is doing amazing! Bit of a learning curve but they got it! Love having a local Starbucks!! Service was amazing...in a timely fashion!

Super friendly staff, great personal service, welcoming, love that they have stay-in mugs (GIANT ones!) Awesome location to get work done with outlets everywhere!

Kudos to the team here! The service is friendly and quick. While the price is slightly higher, the drinks are good as per usual with Starbucks.
