Elmira Home Hardware

The young woman at the checkout went Far beyond what is expected of her job. I don’t think I’ve ever had such outstanding help ever in any store before. I didn’t use to be a home hardware customer but I will come here now because of this wonderful service.

I was in Elmira HH this past Sunday with my son and am currently pregnant. I ordered paint a couple other things. I just wanted to say the staff were so wonderful! All so friendly, approachable, and helped me bring my purchases to my car without being asked. Definitely what a small town is all about!:)

Elmira has two large home stores, Home Hardware and Canadian Tire. I always shop at Home Hardware for the exceptional customer service. Great store and great staff. And they do bike repairs too!

Great staff = great service and they make u feel like you another member of the family. They go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need the first time and if you have to return something they are great with that too. No hassles and no attitude if you know what I mean.

What a great store. So quaint, but at the same time very well equipped. The new Kitchen and Bath showroom is amazing. You can do it all here. I’ve been going here for many years and it feels like family when I show up. Everyone is happy and willing to help.

Krista and her employees were extremely helpful and professional. Excellent customer service. My family would highly recommend Elmira Home Hardware. Always friendly and helpful

When you live in a small town, it can be a chore to drive into the bigger cities to pick up something small that you need. Even if it costs a little bit more, it's worth it to save the gas (and save the environment). Home Hardware has most of the little bits and pieces you're going to need in an emergency, and a few more. Helpful and friendly staff too.

I recently purchased custom blinds through the Owner at Elmira Home Hardware, Krista McBay. She delivered EXCELLENT customer service with regards to researching various vendors to help source the best price point. She followed up with my selections and installation services etc. I had visited a couple of other Retailers and did not receive close to the same level of helpful advice/service. I would highly recommend Elmira Home Hardware and I will continue to shop there for future purchases!

A fabulous place to eat the sandwiches are out of this world made fresh and lot's of homemade bread doughnuts pie and the coffee is Devine.
