Either the fridges are at suboptimal temperature or their drinks weren’t in the fridge for long enough before I bought it. Either way, my drink wasn’t cold when I bought it.

Extremely rude check out women, older women likely the owner. I come in to buy lotto tickets, shes already giving me dirty looks as I choose my ticket and then I paid with a debit card. As I walk out she starts yelling "why you pay with credit card?! You don't do that again!"
