O&V Tasting Room Elmira

It’s cute shop in downtown Elmira offering variety of light and dark balsamic vinaigrette and olive oil mostly from Europe. They have some options you don’t necessarily find in grocery stores, like Coconut Chili Pepper or Mango Jalapeño. You can taste them before buying. I tasted a few of the light balsamic and bought some. They also offer olive oil and balsamic vinegar prepackaged gift boxes or you can mix and match yourself and make a gift box.

They also sell honey, pickles, jam and other cute decorative items.

Had a wonderful experience visiting there today with my mum! We've never been, but we're out exploring. Just enough Thyme recommended it and I'm so glad we went! It was very interesting to taste the different olive oil infusions back to back and to smell them as well.
The lady who helped us was so sweet and helpful although I forgot to ask her name. Adter our purchase we went to the other half of the store where we saw more lively sauces and goodies and got back in line!

Best balsamic vinegar ever! And the fig and orange spread is the perfect combination for your cheese. If you have old empty vinegar bottles, you get a $1 discount per bottle too.

This place is amazing! The staff is so helpful in finding you what you need. The quality of the olive oil and balsamic vinegar is top notch! I didn't know there was a difference in balsamic vinegar until I tried this place... you can tell just buy pouring it how thick it is! The fresh bread that comes in weekly really goes well with the oil and vinegar. We really like the garlic and basil olive oil and dark balsamic vinegar. So Good!

What an amazing gem in Elmira! The oils and vinegars are delicious. They have an amazing selection of items you need in your pantry. The staff are super friendly and great customer service. You need to visit to experience it for yourself.

Awesome gourmet food place...the infused balsamic vinegars are top quality and reasonably priced. Customer service is over the top...the owner unlocked for us after she had closed up, and she didn't hurry us away either. We'll be back!

Helpful staff, and lots of great products on hand. Not inexpensive when you compare to a supermarket, but some really delicious varieties of oil and vinegars on hand that provide a great value for your home kitchen. Our favourite is the garlic olive oil, and strawberry and peach white balsamic vinegar. Make sure to stop by next time you’re in the area!

Really unique little boutique. Obviously their main feature is a good variety of olive oils and vinegars, but they also have delicious local breads and cured meats and cheese and a few sweets. I never leave there empty handed.

Great store nice owners. Amazing, huge selection of oils that you can try onsite. They also have great breads, cheese and sauces as well as gift ideas for the foodie. If you like this type of thing this is a MUST go to. I get my oils for summer and winter camping here as well.

This store has many of the famous brands and products we have discovered around Southern Ontario. It's literally a 1-stop shop for all your foodie needs. Highly recommend the trip to Elmira

If you like olive oil you are going to love this place. More than worth the trip to the old Village of Hespeler on the banks of the Speed River. Lots of olive oils. There is a big selection of infused oils (basil, garlic and the like). There is an equally wide selection of vinaigrettes. Natasha and her husband travel to olive groves around the world, meet the producers, inspect their presses and sample the oils before buying stock for their amazing shop. Who else does that? Natasha is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to olive oils. What exactly does extra virgin mean? Is it safe to cook with olive oils? How about recipes for salad dressings? Personable and expert. Can not say enough good things about this shop, its products and the people who run it.

Have worked and lived in Hespeler for 3 years now and made the mistake of not visiting this place till last week. Went in for a Christmas present last week and had professional and attentive service from both the owner Natasha and her staff. The variety of options was impeccable and the present I walked away with was perfect. Thanks again and see you guys soon!!

We had OV make up a gift basket, we called in the order and it was ready for pick up very quickly. We were very pleased with the variety of items that were in the order and we'll definitely use them again.

Wow, is that place ever cool!! Every time I go in I find a bunch of things I want to try. Everything is locally made and of excellent quality. It's my 'go to' for gifts when shopping for the hard to buy for people!

Came here today for the first time. Great selection of olive oils and balsamic vinegar. I was also happy to see that they carry one of my favourite cheeses.
