La Petite Echappee

Glyn and Catherine have created a charming and comfortable high end 3-level house absolutely in keeping with the history and character of Domme and the Dordogne. Centrally located, tastefully furnished and offering all mod cons (and free car parking!) - the photos don't really do it justice.
We spent 2 delightful weeks from this base and explored the whole fascinating region (last two weeks in September are great - everything is still open but tourist numbers are quiet).
Add to this Glyn and Catherine as friendly, helpful, attentive hosts who ensure you feel welcome but don't intrude and you have the perfect French regional holiday. We'll be back. Thank you.

The property is beautifully appointed and perfectly situated in the village. The house has been lovingly restored by Glyn and Catherine. They were very attentive and had everything we needed for our stay. I recommend a canoe down the river and Glyn’s suggestion of Patisserie at Castelnaud at Maison Carre was a perfect stop off point.
