This branch is wonderful and the staff are very helpful and kind always cheerful and ready to help - especially on the welcome desk who always remember my name and always have my parcels ready when I've ordered from John Lewis - very impressed

They sell very good dry aged steak from the meat counter. Also the staff are very helpful.

A special mention to Karen (mostly at self checkout) who goes out of her way to help everyone everyday. Always a friendly smile to greet you. She is an incredible asset to this store. I come to this Waitrose approx 3 times a week, more often than not, Karen is there to greet you with a smile!

Excellent service and great fresh meat and seafood products

Excellent store, helpful polite staff, good range of quality products. Useful for collection/returns of John Lewis orders. Dry cleaning too. Easy to park. What’s not to like?

As usual, the place is well kept and courteous staff. The quality of products is of highest quality. With ample parking, I shop there frequently. There is a vintage rail station, stone throw away, and on a bright sunny british day, the passing by of multi-colour trains, is enchanting.

Great choice of food and essentials, even found some original Christmas decorations! Everything is elegantly placed and I couldn't keep my hands off the products. Came in for bread and milk, and came out with a whole trolley :)

My local Waitrose is still the friendliest because the staff are so attentive and helpful. As always, they go out of their way to help everyone who shops there... to be fair that's generally the same at all Waitrose stores, but my local does it just that much better. Well, I think so anyway.

Yes it's small, but their stock management is second to none - and if you let them know (nicely!!) if there is a item you like to purchase regularly and it's often out of stock - they adjust the stock management: That's what I call customer service.
I like the size of it, as it takes less time to do my shopping :-)

Best supermarket use ever been in UK. Everyone is professional and smiling, very friendly, and I wanted to try the majority of their products. It's great to see a store focussed on more English foods, because everywhere else sells their chicken from random locations, or other strange arrangements. Quality!

Excellent ranges in products. Happy to have this as our village grocer. Consistently stocked in essentials. Offers substantial whole food, free range, organics and ‘natural’ selections. Enjoy shopping here.

On Bank Holiday Monday, I wished to go to the store. Checked the website about opening hours, and was delighted to note under two separate links that the opening hours "today" were 8am to 9pm. Indeed there was a green sign indicating "Store now open". So, off I went at 7.15pm to find the store closed. Disappointed, but still my favourite supermarket.

Love Waitrose. My husband was happy as he bought some Ales he hadn't seen before. I love the good range of products available and buy Jackson's bread from there 😊

Everyone was very nice, careful, people inside the shop kept there distance, we all have way to one other. Helpful staff too boot.
