I recently had a fantastic experience at the shop that I want to share. I had gone there for some sweet shopping and accidentally forgot to pick up one of the items I had intended to buy. However, when I returned to the shop to rectify my mistake, the staff went above and beyond to assist me.

Upon explaining my situation to one of the shop attendants, they immediately took action to ensure I got the forgotten item. The staff member was extremely friendly and understanding, making me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. They swiftly retrieved the item from their inventory and handed it to me with a smile.

I was genuinely impressed by the level of customer service I received. The shop not only acknowledged my mistake but also took the initiative to rectify it promptly. This level of attention and care made me feel valued as a customer.

Moreover, the overall shopping experience at the shop was delightful. The store was well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find the specific sweets I was looking for. The wide selection of treats available catered to various tastes, ensuring there was something for everyone.

Medium sized Morrisons store with a reasonable selection of quality products at fair prices. There is a good cafe, with ample seating by the store entrance, with good food at great prices. The staff were friendly & helpful and have no issues at all with the store's interior. The car park is shared with the Peel Centre's other retail outlets and parking may be a problem at busier times, but ok in the evenings. Recommended to visit!

Never had a problem with anything I've bought from here. It is the most versatile store in the vicinity for its opening hours - most nights it shuts at 11pm!

Only go to Morrisons for their bakery which is top notch. Don't ever replace the bakeries like Tesco did!!!

A decent branch of Morrisons, including a small cafe.

Very good, l liked the parking load,s of disabled parking as well. The shop is well layed out. Plenty of veg, meat and fish. I mean £5.00 for a whole Duck, can,t be bad, pack,s of beef rib bone,s really good cooked in a nice sauce. Load,s of different stuff from other supermarket,s. Clean and easy to get round.

Found everything I wanted, veg, fruit, dairy, meat and bread. Worst thing was finding a parking space to start with! Very helpful young man stocking veg, broke off to get me some spinach from the stockroom as the shelf was empty

Morrisons bakery puts other supermarkets to shame. The quality is excellent and doesn't cost as much. The deli range of traditional pies, quiche and cheese is better than anywhere in Bracknell. Ample parking and unlike the test, there are other big name stores next to it. The Range, Home Bargain, Halfords, etc.

The payment systems were down during my visit. Queues of people unable to checkout! But the staff handled it like absolute champs, professional, courteous, calm in the face of a situation they couldn't control. Impressive.

I took my 2 grandchildren to eat in the cafe. The staff were very friendly and the meals were good value.

Cafe staff were very friendly and helpful, the kids eat free after 3 offer is really good value and my kids like just about everything on the menu so there is a lot for them to choose from. Portions are a good size as well don't usually want more after the dessert. Definitely recommend.

In store deli and hot food is very good. Staff are very helpful and will, within reason / Time limits, cook more items if product is in stock and will cook in time. For example potato wedges.

Now this is a really nice store but the prices on some of the products are a bit to expensive for some people 😳, good quality and staff are very nice to their customers 😀 which I 👍 like seeing 👀 this more often in the stores 😀
