Homebase - Bracknell

I now realise I'm getting old as am quite happy pottering around looking at various different items available. Everything from garden stuff to interior design items and everything in-between including the kitchen sink. Was told I couldn't have a carrier bag at checkout unfortunately as they are oversized for the items I had purchased even though I would have been charged for it. Left with items stuffed in pockets and down sleeves feeling very much like a shop lifter. Small bags would be a highly recommended addition to the checkouts

What wonderful staff here at the Homebase Bracknell Jacob was just amazing helping us with a Christmas tree and so very kindly dropping it to my mum who Sadly lost my dad on new years day. He is a credit to this company so kind and so helpful all the staff have been amazing well done team. And truly thank you so much 💗

Yet another large firm devoted to selling garden plants,power tools,barbecue cookers, furnishing & fittings,including electrical items. DIY items,kitchen & bathroom units, paints of various colours,etc. Prices are in the main reasonable. How anyone can fail to find the entrance to this store,ought to head straight for Specsavers in Princess Square!

The staff are what get this place 5 stars always helpful, and will make sure you can make the most of the deals they have on offer if you are going to miss out. 3 for 2 for example we were sent to grab the third item as we hadn't seen the sign so we didn't loose out!

Well organised during COVID restrictions. Helpful and knowledgeable staff available to answer questions and point you in the right direction.

We cannot speak highly enough of our experience today. We were personally greeted by Clive who turned out to be the manager. He caught up with us trying to find paint for several jobs and appreciated his advice. Cris helped us too and finally Gill at the till was lovely. Well done .. we wish all DIY stores were like this. Try this store you will not be disappointed.

Had what we went for but no stafe except one on tills

It was a quick pick up experience. I am giving a 5* as I bought 2 items at 50% off. I ordered and paid them online and a day later you could not find them items in any Homebase shops across UK. I liked the fact they kept my items safe for a few days as I could not get there in the first few days after I placed the order.

Well stocked, much better than b and q. Efficient management of the queues and social distancing. Prices are good and a reasonable range. Not as big as B&Q but still had all the stuff we wanted. Staff are friendly too.

Always great service when visiting this store. Helpful and knowledgable staff, easy to navigate aisles and good click and collect service. There is usually a queue to enter the store over the weekends, but always a staff member on the doors managing the customer count.
