Stayed here on our wedding night, lovely hotel, great facilities. Our room was amazing! Bed extremely comfortable!
Had the breakfast in the morning was lovely and fresh. Thank you 😊 we would love to come and stay here again!

I only popped in for a spa treatment today. It was an amazing atmosphere clean beautiful and everyone was so nice and welcoming and professional.Nikita who did my massage was very warm, knew exactly what she was doing she was outstanding polite and very good at what she does the body massage foot massage and facial is the best i have ever had. Would highly recommend this place and come back again.

We came there for a friend’s birthday treat. We had spa treatments which were amazing. One negative was that the bath robs do not cater for the plus sized which is the category my friends and I fall under. Other than that it was a great experience which I would highly recommend to anyone.

My daughter & I had a fantastic Spa Day at Berystede last Thursday. What a beautiful venue in stunning grounds. I had a back, neck and scalp massage by the lovely Laura Buckland. She was very friendly and asked if I was well and if there were any areas that she should concentrate on. She also gave me lots of good advice and recommended certain products. Very professional.
The swimming pool, sauna and hydro pool were superb. Everywhere so well maintained and spotlessly clean. Lovely showers and toiletries too.
My daughter also spent time in the gym. Our package included a delicious 2 course lunch in the restaurant overlooking the terrace. All the staff throughout were friendly, courteous and very helpful. I enjoyed my day so much, that I purchased gift vouchers for a friend for her Christmas present. Thank you for a lovely day and experience.

My friend and I booked a spa weekend here and we have had a fantastic time. We thoroughly enjoyed using the spa facilities and both enjoyed two treatments.

I had a facial with Cam and she was so insightful about my skin. I also had Emma for a neck and shoulders massage - she well and truly battered me and left me feeling very well massaged!

We both had a wonderful weekend and are planning to rebook next year.

Had some slight issues with massage time bookings and some confusions but they were snowed under and staff off sick which can't be helped.
Really nice staff too and super helpful.

We came with our 4 children to stay the night before we went to legoland. The hotel was beautiful. The lady on reception was very helpful and lovely to talk to. Every member of staff we walked past always gave a nice hello, very friendly. Our rooms were immaculate. The kids were so happy with their twin pop up beds and said they were very comfortable. My bed was lovely! The bar man was very attentive. We had hot chocolates in the sun. Breakfast had a wide range of options. We had a mixture of cereal, toast and cooked breakfast. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. Hopefully we get the chance to visit again some day.

We got married early September 2023 and had a fantastic experience. We were treated like VIPs from the planning, to the actual date.

The events team were so helpful and went above and beyond. On the day, everything went as planned and you could tell that they cared about making it a special day. They honestly did all of the hard work, and were happy to work with suppliers in getting things set up. Even just the small gesture of reserving a plate of canapés for me and my husband to have before they were all devoured by guests was very appreciated!

My only (minor) negative, was that the air conditioning in the ceremony & reception rooms couldn't cope with the hot weather, so we were all rather warm in our formal outfits!

10/10 still, and I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of planning an event.

My daughter and I had a wonderful day at Macdonald Berystede Spa. The facilities were amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Matthew, the Front Desk Manager, who went over and beyond the call of duty to find my necklace that I had left in the pocket of my bathrobe and post it back to me. I am extremely grateful to be reunited with it. I fully recommend a Spa day at this wonderful venue, and we will certainly return ourselves, maybe for a longer Spa break.

Amazing stay with staff who really went the extra mile for us. Couldn't fault anything. Pool at spa was lovely. Menu at restaurant and bar was not to our taste with 2 small fussy children but that was not an issue as found options relatively locally. Great access to Legoland from here and only an hour train ride into London.

Beautiful, atmospheric hotel nicely located near by Ascot . Very friendly staff , very good value for money .Rooms are a bit tired , but service , restaurant, and the spa are amazing . Highly recommended and will definitely come back .

Stay here 3 or 4 times a year. Simply love it.

Nothing was too much for the staff. Food great altho a little pricey. Very comfy & great facilities. Wi-Fi a bit inconsistent. Very good bedroom. Loved our stay.

Me and family love the Berystede so much! It’s so nice and the spa is amazing! Can’t wait to go back.

Booked a last minute New Year stay. Amazing hotel and service, especially from Matthew on reception who couldn't do enough to ensure every guest had a great stay. Spa facilities are awesome too. We all loved the outdoor hydro pool , great family hotel to see in the New Year

Just got back from a wonderful one night stay. 2 adults 2 children. Room was immaculately cleaned. Love the water jug idea to the bottled water in the room. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very professional and welcoming. Spa has a lovely variety of thermal rooms to use and the hydro pool was gloriously hot. Beyond what we were expecting and feel lucky to have picked it for out visit.

Amazing hotel, amazing outdoor hydro pool with really hot water, we love it. Great service, we ordered breakfast in a room, very friendly waiters delivered it and didn't took any money for trays. Reception staf really friendly and kind. Just asked for late check-out, they done it for us till 12am for free. Very lovely gardens. We really love it and definitely will come back

was a great experience, had a great massage from Hayley. the lunch was also great, i would suggest the chicken wrap, kept me full for hours.

It's my second time staying here and it was as good as my first. Lovely place, very quiet. Stayed on the ground floor this time and when people walk up and down the corridor you can hear there every word. Reasonably priced. Very friendly and good service. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. If ever I'm in the area again I would definitely stay here.
