Waitrose & Partners

Fantastic place to shop and has its own car park. The quality of produce is superb and there is an excellent range of goods; their own brand being very competitive but still great quality. The staff are all friendly and helpful giving first class customer service.

This is going to my list of favourite Waitroses around the country.
Its pretty big, fantastic variety of everything, and as always, lots of great friendly staff, abundance of staffed check outs, keeping the shopping experience lovely as it should be, instead of so many bad supermarkets out there trying to replace real people with machines. Thank you Waitrose! Its very nice to be able to say hello to real people when shopping and keeping simple but important human experiences alive :)

Lovely place to catch up with friends for something light to eat. The passionfruit and coconut frappe is stunningly refreshing. No que times friendly staff available seating.
Will keep it in mind for future visits.

Well stocked supermarket with a large car park in Bracknell town centre. Staff very helpful.

Huge store. Biggest I have seen. Clean. Friendly staff. Coffee shop inside.

High quality food, wide assortment, clean and well presented, fair prices if just buying everyday food such as onions, beans soup etc.. lots of branded choice so can become expensive if you don't pay attention.

Parking easy. Staff polite. Store clean. Produce is largely of good quality, although expensive (I think). I was delighted to see mince packaged without plastic trays. Long life carrier bags were surprisingly inexpensive.

Quality products. Excellent customer service

Lovely staff and very efficient online ordering process. The checkout man was so kind to my elderly mother in law, all the staff are patient and kind with her.

My local store..free parking for the 1st 90 minutes. Has an onsite restaurant and you can buy sushi as well. New self-checkout

As always a pleasure shopping in any Waitrose.

Got to love Waitrose grocery and coffee experience. So very nicely laid out with comfortable cafe area.

We particularly like to thank Bruno for his excellent customer service on 26th July to help us find a particular wine requested by my mum for her birthday. He was welcoming and spent time with us. Thank you and best wishes.

Their handle on Covid rules is brilliant. Shelves are always stocked and staff are friendly and helpful. Never had a problem. Can get very busy at times and car parking can be a bit of an issue but that's not their fault!

Felt very safe entering and leaving the store as security doing an excellent job of managing customer flow. Some customers however had lost their sense of spacial awareness, I still felt safe and avoided those not following distancing guidelines. Everything I wanted was in store and no queues at checkouts, well done Waitrose.

It's a super market! Nice selection of stuff, great quality - can't be faulted - but some things are over-priced. Fabulous fresh meat, fish and deli. Parking is becoming difficult sometimes (lots of people spoiling it for others by parking for free then spending the day in the Lexicon, methinks). Sundays are crowded - we need an end to religiously sanctioned shopping times!

I enjoy visiting this branch as they usually have a super selection of meat on their butcher's counter. That with the MyWaitrose 20% discount makes it a worthwhile trip. Staff helpful too.
