lovely place with lovely staff. Recommend it for all the people.

We arrived in boots Bracknell for my dads hearing aid to be checked as it wasn’t working. Ahmad was so helpful and fixed my dads hearing aid on the spot!

Wanted to purchase a 3 for 2 offer but only 2 items on display. The till operator willingly went off to check whether additional stock was available and cane't back with a 3rd item and a smile😁

Pharmacy team were very kind and helpful when I came in with an injury. They cleaned and dressed it for me. I really appreciate this outstanding level of customer service which helped improve my day.

Today i was served at No7 by a lovely guy named James. He said it was his first proper day, wouldn't have noticed! he was so kinda and accommodation. Helping me find the makeup to fit me specifically. Really appreciate all the help!

I went for a flu vaccine. Not too much waiting. The appointment itself was quick but professional. The staff, namely the person administrating the vaccine was very polite and friendly.

Good sized store with a lot of variety in product range. The pharmacy can get busy but served in decent times. As always, Boots isn't the cheapest but good quality products.

It's been a long time since anyone was in the make up section to help, other than security following you everywhere! Yesterday I went back in and a lovely gentleman "Jaymes' who had just started gave excellent service, well done Jaymes you restored my faith in Boots!

Really the stars are for Boots opticians. Their service was great. A little haphazardly organised in places but the out come and helpfulness was super.

Although I miss the old Boots shop, I do love the new store! So big and spacious and does not feel like too much is crammed in. I've always found what I've needed (apart from certain items that Boots doesn't stock but Superdrug does (then again, it's the same vice versa)). They are monitoring the numbers of people in the shop still and asking people to wait when they have reached their capacity. The same person keeping track of numbers is friendly and greets you as you enter the shop. The slight downside is that the guy that served me at the till appeared very stressed and just wanted to get on with what he was doing. Working in retail myself, I haven't marked down for this as I completely understand. There's a job to be done and only a certain amount of time to get it done in and when you're busy with customers, the stress can be uncontainable and although we do try our hardest, we're only human at the end of the day.

Great shop, well stocked where everyone will find something for themselves. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. A special thank you to Jess whom is always happy to help, knowledgeable, polite and smiley. Jess is a real asset to the company. I highly recommend to shop in this store if you're looking for a great experience.

I went in for the optician's. The staff are always really friendly and helpful, they helped me pick out some new frames for my glasses and choose the best coating for the lenses. They have a good range of frames in the shop to try on and they do some really good deals, especially if you're in the contact lenses scheme.

Went to check out the fragrances had to wait a while as two people in front of me. Was served by a lovely lady called "lovely" she was helpful and very friendly would definitely go back again great servuce

Two floor Boots with self checkouts, includes pharmacy.

I went to the Optician's they were very thourgh and friendly however the extras are expensive and the frames were nearly all designer and there was not much choice and far too expensive. Stuck to Specsavers much better cost and choice.

Lots of variety of products. I experienced a price discrepancy between the label on the shelf and what it scanned through as. Manager was happy to help and give to me for the price it was labelled as. Good service.

This Boots store is worth visiting because the offers in this store are better, competitive and exceptionally less pricy - never the same in others. It saves a lot and every penny counts

Great branch..sizeable and well staffed. The assistants are friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of premium cosmetics and skincare brands-Liz Earle, benefit, Bare minerals, estee lauder, etc. Some of which they dont have in Fenwick. The opticians here is good too. They have contact lens recycling point where you can drop your used lenses and the blister packaging. And there is also a photo printing bit.

Good variety of stock and the staff were very helpful and friendly! One improvement would be to add self serving tills to reduce queue times perhaps? One of the best stores in the Lexicon
