Lovely bridge. Dual purpose with a dual carriageway above and a railway line below. There are great walks either side of the Menai straits which offer great views of the bridge and are lovely in their own right. If you walk to the bridge from Treborth gardens you can get down to a jetty with perfect views back up at the bridge.

As you cross the bridge turn right and there's a pull in, park there and follow the path for a lovely short walk to right under the bridge

Stunning architecture. Incredible infrastructure. Gorgeous view. A true credit to welsh history. And I have to say glad it’s there as it makes easy journeys to Anglesey ,which is also amazing!!!

It's a bridge.... it gets you across to one of the most beautiful places on earth.... Anglesey! What more could you ask?

The Treborth botanic garden and pleasant coastal path winding beneath the majestic "Pont Briannia" towards Veynol is most definitely worth a visit.
Search out the "peace statue" twinned with another 12 miles away near the LLanberis Slate Quarry museum, where you can relax a while to the soothing sounds nature (See Google maps).

Crossing this bridge from Wales to Anglesey is free. The A55 takes you all the way from Chester.

Britannia bridge beautiful bridge to go across and you see the menai straits in all its glory what a wonderful place for the English to come across spend their money and go back home again I think it's wonderful for them highly recommended by myself and many others on Anglesey

It's a bridge. You can drive over it or take a train over it. Stunning views from it and surrounding areas
