The Range, Bangor

Found just what I was looking for, two lamps and bulbs. Store looked clean and tidy . Halloween is hitting the shelves ! Am on my Summer break feel it's to soon

The Range is one of those shops you almost forget about, and then when you pop in hoping they have what you're after... you end up coming out with many items you needed.
I prefer this experience to Amazon shopping.

The asles are narrow. They have everything you need. If you can't find something, the staff are happy to help.
The toilets were clean.
We for a drink while shopping member of staff was nowhere to be seen in the cafe.

Has an amazing art section with loads of high quality oil and acrylic paints and also art equipment too. One will not be disappointed when shopping here... Also very clean and tidy too. Just wish some things were priced more clearly as it made my shopping experience a bit longer than should've been.

Great places to shop just off the roundabout in Bangor

Haven't been for along time, but took the plunge last week.
Disability parking rights outside the doors , all level walking.
Something for everyone, pets crafter, even a cafe. Oh yes toilets.
I love it.

Many things, lots of variation and they have many things to do with housing, when looking for something for your house, you'll probably find it here

A really nice, well set out, well thought out store. Highlights include the Café, the Pet Section and the Christmas 2023 Santa & Christmas 2023 Lights Display! Throughout the year The Range offers a great range of products at great prices etc. Thank-you! Not to be missed.

Always find what I want here 👍 , so much choice of everything from sweets, to sheets, cards, cutlery, plates etc, cleaning products, toys, picture frames .. the list is long .. plus, they have a cafe on the far left-hand side (with WC) 👍friendly staff, very helpful , all at great prices .
Last example went to 2 supermarkets for dylon clothes dye .. no luck .. .. direction The Range and they have a good choice of colours 👍

Good range of products. Plenty of art-type stuff for kids which was my main reason for going there. Staff were interested and knowledgeable on what they sold and where it was.

One criticism - the main doors are a complete mess, there are literally dozens of posters all over them, for the love of god remove them all!

You can find everything for your house here. Plenty of parking space as well

Jack in Bangor store (North Wales) couldn’t do enough to help me. He was very busy busy stocking shelves when I approached him for his assistance. He was more than happy to stop and help me. He checked for the promotional price, helped me carry the very items to the checkout, even jumped on the till to get me through the till as he could see I was struggling with the weight. He then helped me get my items to the car and loaded my car with the items. Throughout he was very polite and smiling. Didn’t make feel like a nuisance. I very much appreciate his willingness to help with such a pleasant personality. A credit to the Bangor store and The Range as a whole!

It's been several years since I did a review of The Range (Bangor) where I gave it 3 stars so thought I would update it. Then it was a pain trying to access and shop as their Covid measures were among the strongest. All that has gone so it's business as usual.
went in looking for picture frame and came out with double the amount plus sauces, spices, paint and t-towels all at reasonable prices.

Lots of nice accessories at a reasonable price, love to.see what's new when I go.

Good place with lots of Houses hold and Gardening Stuff

Hardly anything you want from groceries to home improvement stuff and they have a large parking space as well

The workers were all helpful and friendly.

Bangor:- A really helpful staff member took the time in his busy day to tell me about his Xmas display, which clearly took many many hours to create, and filled him with pride.
Thank you. We perhaps don’t appreciate how much time and effort goes into product placement, and changing a store layout from summer season to the festive period overnight, moving over 15,000 items.

We were looking for an "archaeological" crystal digging kit for our G/daughter (crystals encased in stone you have to smash with a mallet). Couldn't find one anywhere - but The Range had a great one with 8 semi-precious stones in individual themed shapes on offer, so top marks.

A good variety of Christmas decorations in the sale.
Bought some beautiful baubles.
