Halfords - Bangor Gwynedd

Needed a bulb replaced in my wife's car. I was looked after by an extremely helpful member of staff. Everything was dealt with quickly, efficiently and with a good human touch. Price was really good. I would fully recommend Halfords in Bangor.

Excellent customer service today at Bangor northern Ireland store. Really friendly and helpful William was a star and this was much appreciated. Thorough check of car meant i left feeling reassured for a long journey ahead..

We came in today to collect a bike and the member of staff couldn't have been more helpful, they showed me round the bike and we're able to answer any questions.
A much better experience compared to last week where I was asking questions and the staff member admitted to not knowing any answers but failing to guide me to anyone who could answer my questions.

Could not fault the speed and efficiency. Not only did they save me money on a service as the repair required was relatively easy to resolve, but despite it being a bank holiday weekend the bike was ready within 2 hours rather than than the 2 to 3 days they thought would be required

Service by William was amazing. I had only gone to get a new wiper blade fitted and he had gone out of his way to also complete a free 15 minute check of my car. Couldn't recommend him enough. Will be back for any car related issues.

Absolutely brilliant service from Halfords Bangor. Easy online ordering to find the wiper blade for my car, booked a flexible fitting and by the time I got there it was ready and it took the young man less time to fit it than it would me to read the packet with fitting instructions!!! No brainer, that’s the 2nd time Halfords have come up trumps for our cars well done and a big Diolch yn fawr

Halfords staff in Bangor Co Down are very friendly and helpful. As an older customer ( 70 +) they go out of their way for you. Young Adam in particular stands out, but all the staff in the bike dept are exceptional and I fully recommend. Thanks. Tom D

I called over on Sunday morning and was helped by " Mark " I needed 3 New wiper blades for the wife's car. Mark had no problems getting the correct blades, he even Fitted them on the car
for me, he then gave the car a inspection
Physically checking windscreen for chips, Tyres for tread and any damage, car fluids and top up washer bottle. And it wasn't hard on my pocket.

Collected 3 large shelves boxes.

Everything I needed was available, picked and ready for collection very quickly.

MOT booked in with the premium motoring club free of charge. Although the car failed the MOT, coil spring with a couple of advisories for bulbs, WAYNE was very direct and straight to the point no messing about when booking repairs. Loads of info provided with timings and a full breakdown of the bill. As Arnie would say... I'll be back.

Ordered instore as they didn't have my required brake pads in stock but stated it would be there early next day. Less than 2 hrs later gets phonecall to state pads were ready to collect
