Great service this morning at click and collect. My order was ready and I was helped to the car with my trolley. Everything I ordered was in stock and at a very reasonable price. No doubt I will return. Thanks B&Q.

Really helpful staff on the paint department. Helped me find everything I needed. Organised help with getting in th car. Even went the extra mile by placing all my heavy paint in a suitable place in my car. Excellent service from walking through the doors to driving out the car park. 😀

I rang up this morning with a question about an replacing a fridge freezer that I had originally bought in-store, I wasn’t sure about the ratio and they answered my question.

Great to be honest. We needed some bits they didn't stock (nylon nuts and bolts), but when we told one member of staff what we wanted them for (robotics), we had about five of the staff trying to help us. Wheelchair accessible, obviously. Very nice.

The staff are always helpful pleasant and friendly.
The store is always clean and tidy you always seam to have what I need for the job and more and the prices are pretty good to some times even cheaper than Screwfix 🙂
But not to Sure about the self- service but that's the way it seems to be going all over.

Went there for paint for the new house, and Dave on the paint mixing desk was really knowledgeable and was so helpful, also the valspar range of mixing paint was really good paint, nice to see someone taking an interest in what he sells
