We bought a hall table recently which we were not happy with for a couple of reasons. The problems were resolved speedily and to our satisfaction. On the strength of that we ordered a further unit for the upstairs landing. We are happy with our choice and your service. Good quality for the price. Thank you

From starting my order over the phone and ordering it was great . Delivery superb Orderd deliverd in 2 days ..excellent packaging quality the best I've seen . The only thing is the sideboards doors needed re tweeking as they was out of line as these came assembled butcav5 minutesjob to correct . A little disappointed on the internal wood quality it's a little rough to touch I think it could be a smoother Vaneered to prevent splitters ( not saying it will) but in overall very happy with my units and would recommend 😀

Good price for a reclining chair, simple mechanism but it costs a lot more for a more sophisticated one.
Nice colour and easy to put together using the instructions.
Delivered on time and delivery company kept me up to date.

I ordered a chest of drawers from Oak World on 26/12/23.
It arrived on 08/01/24 at the time stated by the delivery company they use (Furdeco)
The chest of drawers was extremely well packaged and protected. It is exactly as described on the website. I am delighted with it. I would definitely buy from Oak World again.

Bought two bedside chest of drawers for my room, found them easy enough to put together and once built I was very happy at how they look. If i ever need more furniture I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from you again

From order to delivery well in the time quoted despite the declaration that some postcodes make take longer. Delivery team kept us informed and placed the items where I requested. Before leaving they opened the package containing the mirrors to check glass was all OK. Construction definitely a two man job and at times 3 people were needed. Apart from that instructions very precise and all parts were present and correct. Really pleased now it's in place. Will be going back to Oakworld for additional furniture, definitely recommend.😁

Great user friendly website with a fab range of quality furniture. I purchased a lovely seated oak blanket box. It was very sturdy and solid and had a large capacity. I was notified by email of the delivery date, then later, the specific 3 hour time slot. Then on the morning, I was phoned by the delivery men when they were 15 mins away. They carried the item upstairs to the desired bedroom. I was very happy with my overall experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Oak World for quality furniture.

I purchased a dressing table complete with mirror and stool. The items arrived on time as arranged and were extremely well packed. No damage due to transit. I had a small problem with one of the handles which I advised in an email to oak world, I had a reply within 24 hours and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation to buy from OAK WORLD again excellent customer service.

I have purchased 3 log stores from oak world all arrived before the date stated, which is an achievement in its self as I live on the west coast of Scotland. The quality of the store is excellent and they where very easy to assemble.

On line order acknowledged swiftly and information about delivery given at the time.
Email and text message sent with delivery date and approximate delivery time.
On the day I received another email and text from the delivery company confirming timing. The driver called to say he was an hour away.
The two chest of drawers were extremely well packed and I am very happy with the quality.

The 3 piece bedroom set was excellent quality (much better than I expected tbh) and a good price. Yes it took my husband and his friend 5 hours to build up, but totally worth it. The finished set looks really lovely and the metal handles give a luxury touch.
The thing that most surprised me was the metal drawer runners, making opening the drawers so easy!
I also liked the way I was kept very I, informed about my order and delivery (which went very smoothly)

I was very happy from start to finish with my order with Oak World. They kept me up to date with the order details & the item was delivered promptly. When the item arrived it was very well packaged, there was no chance it would be damaged in transit. My bedside cabinet looks great & is really well made as promised with real wood.

Delivery on time and excellent.
But we are experienced at furniture assembly as nothing fits up the stairs and found the instructions needing looking at really carefully. Also smaller wardrobe was not supplied with a wall fixing for H&S would have thought this would be necessary. We have put our own on it anyway. But the quality is great and they look fabulous in our room.

I bought an absolutely beautiful solid oak tv corner unit for only £250 considering it arrived fully assembled, a simple but stunning design I’ll definitely be coming back to Oakworld!! I’m in the middle of redecorating but couldn’t wait to put it in place and even with newly plastered walls it looks fantastic!!

Oak World Website is easy to navigate, found a wooden chest of drawers,2 drawers over drawers, fully assembled .
Good quality, looks great, delivery was perfect too, informed from purchase to delivery was spot on.

The order process was so easy, the only thing that was difficult was selecting just one item from all the ones I would have loved to have bought. My coffee table arrived very quickly and was not difficult to assemble. It's extremely well made and for once unlike with other companies all the screws etc were there and were easy to fit. I would whole heartedly recommend Oak world to everyone and will certainly be buying from them again in the future.
