The facility was clean and secure, well-lit, kept at an appropriate temperature and seemed very well maintained. There were always trolleys available to move our stuff between our car and the storage unit. Gordon was very pleasant and efficient to deal with. I would have no hesitation in using this storage facility again, or in recommending it to others.

Would highly recommend wantsum self storage. I had used another in the past, which was difficult as they had odd opening times and wasn't always available when I needed to get to my belongings. Having the 24hr open access meant that I felt that my possessions were still mine. Easy to set up. Easy to access. Excellent facilities. Very reasonably priced compared to my previous storage locker.

The storage units are excellent, warm, dry and super clean.
There is 24 hr access via gate codes and cameras throughout provide excellent security.
Gordon really values his customers, I’d give 10 stars at least.

I used Wantsum storage for around 18 months and honestly could not fault thee service from start to finish. For such a large storage facility the treatment was personal, professional and first class. Gordon was so friendly and helpful I would honestly recommend to anyone needing a unit.

Everything about this place is designed with the customer in mind. It’s secure, clean, safe, bright, easy to access, load, unload and move around 24/7, with a variety of trolleys to assist. When I needed an urgent storage solution, Gordon could not have been more helpful., even though it was the weekend. After 10 months of storage, I’ve recently cleared my units and the refund for overpayment was swift and efficient, just like every other communication I’ve had with Gordon. A quick text and everything is sorted. Pricing is straight forward with no added extras and it is competitively priced. If the need arises, I would definitely use this facility again and I have no hesitation in recommending Gordon and Wantsum Storage for all your storage requirements, big or small. Many thanks.

I was lucky enough to find Wantsum Self storage just before moving down to Herne Bay and to be honest from start to finish(18months) it was effortless and pain free, as said at the beginning, as long as the payments go in, stay as long as You like, which I did. The owner Gorden was kind and gave all the information necessary as he showed me around and up until my last day, he was true to his word and there was no hassle at all. I could not recommend Wantsum Self Storage higher oh!! And so so clean which was the case from 1st to last day. Thank You Gordon it was a pleasure.

I cannot rate this place enough. Very secure and a great little setup for all my storage needs. It's also heated, so you won't worry about cold or damp getting into your stuff. Easy to use with your unique combination number. Excellent value for money. Gordon is so friendly and helpful there. 10/10!

I've used Wantsum now for several years. It's been a painless experience that just works. From convenient accessibility to a clean environment. Lots of trolleys for moving items from the car to the lock up unit. I now use this for both personal and business needs. Have and will continue to recommend.

Highly recommended! Very convenient location just off the Thanet Way and super clean modern facility. Very secure but easy to access. Would be my first choice if I needed storage again in the future.

I needed temporary storage after moving house and searched around and came across Wantsum, communication was quick and easy.
I met Gordon at the storage facility, who showed me the facilities and helped me decide which unit would fit my stuff. The facility is in an easy to access location, safe, secure, and having your own access codes to gain entry it couldn't be much simpler. Its a very clean facility and there are trolleys available to make moving stuff easier.
I would highly recommend this facility for short or long term storage (I ended up keeping my stuff in storage for 8 months), and would definitely use the facility again if needed.

I've just moved for second time in eighteen months and when I think of the storage company I used for first move in the Kent/ London borders area (I won't name them) there is no comparison.
Wantsum storage is an easy to get to location, well designed, exceptionally clean safe storage facilities and exceptional value, in fact I would say this place is faultless.
Can't praise Gordon enough for his help when I had two delays with my moving in dates. Just a phone call away, he made the delays easy to deal with when they had the potential to have been much more of a problem.

Excellent service. Storage units all have easy access and excellent security. Although I don't have a unit at this moment at this time, I would not hesitate to use again.

I have used Wantsum Self Storage twice because I haven’t found anywhere better ! The buildings are dry, safe , and secure with 24 hour access. The site has plenty of parking and access for large vehicles. It is a very secure sight with security cameras and sensor lights . They have trollies available which is most helpful when you are moving items by yourself. Great value for money!

Excellent service. I looked at pretty much every storage facility up to about 40 miles away from my home, and this was certainly the best value. I needed somewhere to store my living room furniture and white goods for 6 months, and this was in a perfect location for me. The place is incredibly clean, with pest traps everywhere. Incredibly secure, with access at all times. Gordon even supplies you with a few trolleys to make it easier to move your stuff around. When I returned to pick up my stuff, there was no dust on anything. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Whilst waiting months for our house to go through we were able to keep all our valuable belongings safe! Absolutely amazing facilities and even better security. Would definitely use again and absolutely recommend!

We occupied up to four units over 18 months until recently, having previously had a poor experience before lockdown at a (hugely more expensive) facility near Broadstairs.
Despite all the stresses of a 500-mile house move from Scotland, in our 70s, we positively looked forward to our trips up to Wantsum! Fantastic access tech, clean and warm, working trolleys and loo, good lift, efficient and friendly service from Gordon including no-hassle billing. Nothing beat a picnic in the big open carparks (not inside!) surrounded by green countryside. We could not have been happier.
