Five stars purely because of the in store butcher. A really nice bloke who knows what he's doing and is very helpful.

Checkouts so slow won't go there again they need to sort staff training out.

Some great offers nice friendly staff if your doing a big big shop then maybe find another morrisons they do still have a lot to offer tho

Very helpful staff, I needed to buy an items and the helpful lady walked the store with me until we found the last one in stock

I have always enjoyed Morrisons for the large variety they have always stocked. I know in these almost impossible times money is very tight but just to know that Morrisons are trying to help us enjoy some of the shopping we once enjoyed makes it lovely to visit and have a look at their prices and still get some of the things we've always enjoyed in they're lovely stores.

Very impressed with the way such a small store handles thing like xmas. I love the fact i can get in there at 7am (still yawning) and grab the shopping before starting work. The staff are VERY helpful and very chatty even at that time in the morning! Well done Herne Bay crew!! 😊 Actually like going in this store more than dare i say it Aldi's the ladies on the tills are so good

I’m disabled and always ion my mobility scooter , there so so helpful and nothing any trouble, the cashiers are very polite and always packing my shopping and even place my bags on my footwell on my scooter, it’s a god send we have staff that are wonderful , it makes my time in Morrisons so much easier !! Very happy to shop there!!! Thank you staff and managers , katrina Pryer.

Some lines out of stock because tickets in worng places trying to get nappy sack been out of stock for at least four weeks. When we speak to any member of staff thay say not my problem. Not good customer service gone to AIDI better customer services. Thanks.

The Deli counter is the best. Their own brands are also very good and very competitive on price.

Always find Morrisons fruit and vegetables so much better than other supermarkets. Herne Bay store is also easy to shop in because of its size. If you forget something it is not a hike to get back to the other end which works for me. Staff are always pleasant and nice music in the background while doing boring shopping.

The people working there especialy on the tills are always friendly and helpful

I love Morrisons Herne Bay, they have a very good selection of fruit and veg that don't go off after 24 hours, unlike some other stores. It is always very clean and tidy. There always seem to be plenty of stock and some very good offers, which makes Morrisons very competitive. But best of all is the fish counter, being able to buy fish not wrapped in plastic is excellent. The only minus I would say about the store is one or two of the self service staff, who can be rude and behave in an ignorant manner, that would be the only let down in the store.

I love going here. It's not too big-a place and has everything you need. They're cheap and the cashiers/butchers are cheerful

Great well stocked store! Parking is a little hidden - it's on the roof and can be accessed from the road left of the entrance. Watch out, because the parking over the road isn't free, whereas the roof parking is.
