Surfside Arcade and Bingo

Found this place by chance but so glad we did - delicious fresh doughnuts which is just what we wanted after a weekend in Wales, and hadn’t been able to find anywhere else! Friendly staff too

We love coming here, bingo is fab, and the food is good pizza really nice. The grandchildren love the 2p machines and little pizes they win. Really lovely feel to the pla e.

A great place right by the seaside. The food portions are always generous and all the staff are genuinely all so friendly and pleasant.

I'm a regular visitor to Surfside at Pensarn & I find it hard to believe the negative review that was posted recently.
I was there myself over the weekend (which was a bank holiday & is always mega busy). The staff there are amazing & will always bend over backwards to help people out & if a problem is brought to their attention they will do their utmost to try & rectify things.
Regarding the toilet issue it's not the arcades fault, the problem lies with Conwy council who keep saying they are closed due to vandalism, this isn't the case, the problem is that the payment machines keep breaking down & have done so since they were installed a few years ago.
The food at Surfside is always freshly cooked, well presented & extremely tasty so with it being freshly cooked it takes time & with it being so busy you can expect a bit of a wait.
I feel this persons comments are totally unjustified & what's worse they couldn't even be bothered to put their names to it.

Love it here. A trip down memory lane to my childhood. Bingo is super value with a great range of prizes. Family run, with a lovely cafe and slot machines too.

Ice cream and burgers are good

This little cafe has had a nice renovation since I last visited. It has always had a great atmosphere with a great little arcade to the rear to keep the little ones busy. The food is well priced, fantastically prepared with proper bacon and sausages none of the cheap mush you find a lot these days. I had the all day breakfast and they went above and beyond for my wife to prepare gluten free chips with cheese omelet wich she loved. An amazing experience overall will be visiting again in the near future.

A family run business with hearts of gold you couldn't find people as nice as this it's a rarity the food is excellent the bingo and slot machines and crazy golf keep you entertained all day and the prices are very reasonable I recommend you go for a coffee and I would say you won't be able to stay away from surfside it's a place to visit regularly we do 2024 now a while since I wrote this review been at surfside 3 times this week and still a magical place ✨

I've been to this arcade since I was a baby and I've got to day they are the kindest most down to earth people you could ever meet. They so the best milky coffee you will ever try. Always come for a family day if not a week away as it is always gorgeous! Most definitely reccomend 😍

The people here a wonderful,such a lovely friendly atmosphere,the foods really nice too and the bingo is good fun too.plenty of 2p game machines for the kids (and adults!)

What an amazing place this is. Very tiny inside. However big atmosphere. Came for ice cream which was really nice. Staff were very friendly. Will definitely be back. Unlike the hell hole further down.

An absolute delight of a place which has everything you could want from a traditional seaside all in one place !

We went in to play the 2p machines which were stacked with other prizes as well as spitting out tickets for possible higher prizes. Bingo was happening behind us and at 20p a go is absolutely value for money if you enjoy it.

The staff were all very very pleasant and warm

There is also crazy golf which we didn't do but would be a fun way to spend some time.

We ended up staying for food as everyone else's looked and smelled amazing and we were not disappointed. Fantastic no frills value for money and the milkshakes were devine.

Only one thing made us have to rush off and that's the unfortunate lack of a loo. Sadly the ones on the prom are currently closed and the closest is a good 10/15 min walk at Tesco.

That said I would still very highly recommend it.

This little hidden gem is mostly overlooked due to being behind the original factory shop and in Abergele. I can't stress more visit here the atmosphere is very good with games and bingo. The food is excellent, well portioned and tasty. Reasonably priced too. The family run business is the best welcome we've experienced and much better than Rhyl or Towyn. Please go there it's family friendly from 0 to 100yrs. The best seaside experience in the whole of North Wales

I've lived in conwy for years and travel to rhyl often for work and had no idea about this whole area until the local paper put a story up about some campervan and I saw there are shops and all kinds here so whilst driving home this evening, my teenage daughter and myself decided to have a look and saw this little place so parked up and just had a great 2 hours on the 2p machines, won LOADS of extra prizes, tickets and they are incredibly generous compared to pretty much everywhere.
We had an absolute ball, quality time and everyone in there was enjoying themselves on the bingo or slots.
Staff were super helpful and friendly, I'm going to bring my nan too as she will love it and it has the facilities she needs ie close parking, toilets etc

Great place

The best arcade! Family run with such a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Played bingo, and in the arcade, you can exchange tickets for a receipt to keep and redeem. Cafe inside and ice-cream, donut, hot food kiosk. Situated right on the beach at Pensarn, lots of parking available and a crazy golf course. Loved it!

If you want great basic food, good customer service with a smile, this is your spot. It has a few arcade games, but bingo is the biggest thing. It cam get very busy, but it's definitely value for money food, which can be eaten inside, outside or take away. Love the latte here too.

This place has everything you need in 1 place we had lunch very nice and reasonable price then placed crazy golf which we all enjoyed then walk along the beach with ice cream lovely. They even have a loyalty scheme which is great. Dogs welcome inside another plus.

Fantastic for a family outing!! Very attentive friendly staff. Loads of prizes to be won and fun to be had. The food is also very affordable and good quality. And to top it off the best mr whippy ice cream on the north wales coast line!!
