I wanted to write to commend the service I received from the sales assistant in Rhos on Sea on Thursday. The assistant very helpful and patient and knowledgeable, resulting in me being able to find a pair of trainers that fit.

Lovely shop with a great selection of shoes and sandals. Bought some beautiful sandals today from the Rhos on Sea shop. How refreshing to see a lovely lady member of staff being so warm, friendly and helpful. Will be returning.

Visited with my 90+ father-in -law today to buy slippers. He has memory loss and other difficulties. The lady who served us was very kind and helpful and I would like to say thank you for such excellent service

Called into this shop today. Found what I wanted very busy willing to wait.
Whilst waiting I picked up a shoe from the window, the lady who was serving shouted across and said put that shoe back and don't touch anything in the window. Everyone looked around, how embarrassing.
She definitely needs a course in customer care.
Put my shoe back on the shelf and left sale lost.
