What a lovely guy and a great service.
Lee very kindly saw me at short notice as I had a burning sensation on the ball of my foot. He quickly gave me his diagnosis and after just one treatment and supplying me with a pair of custom-made insoles, my symptoms began to improve. He explained that as it was a damaged ligament, the recovery would take a while. He was correct but I continued to see an improvement and he was kind enough to keep checking on me to establish my current position. I can't help thinking that without Lee's intervention, I would still be in pain. Thank you Lee.

Having never met Lee before or ever having been to a podiatrist, I didn’t know what to expect. Suffering from blisters under my big toe nails was very painful but worse then that, they were preventing me from running. Lee was very professional and painlessly removed my big toe nails. The aftercare was excellent and very thorough. Soon after I was back outdoors running and happy. Highly recommended - I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you Lee 😊

Received excellent advice and treatment from Lee after having a problem with in my foot whilst visiting Monmouth. Firstly Lee managed to fit me in with short notice. The care and advice was fantastic. This was followed by various emails with added information and videos to clarify the exercises he suggested I do to relieve the pain. I was sent information about strapping my foot and to contact him if the pain didn’t subside.

I called Lee about six months ago having experienced pain in my foot for about 2 months before. Lee was able to give me an emergency appointment quickly and his assessment was detailed and considered. Over six months he has successfully treated not only the one foot but also resolved a long term knee problem in my other leg which was caused by fallen arches. For this injury I had had months of chiropractor treatment previously which had not resolved this. Lee is friendly and welcoming and his surgery is easy to get to and has free parking. I cannot commend his services to you more strongly. Book an appointment and don't delay like I did!

Great diagnosis and options for treatment, as provided by Lee. Course of treatment chosen and Lee was able to effect a cure. Now very happy to go back to Lee to keep my feet in tip-top condition.

After suffering from an acute injury Lee used shockwave treatment to help encourage healing in both my plantar and Achilles tendons. I went from constant discomfort to only a tiny amount of pain first thing in the morning over 6-8 weeks. Lee was very good at arranging appointments to suit me and keeping in touch to see how I was progressing.

My 15 year old autistic child had been struggling with in growing toe nails for some time. Lee was fantastic, assessing the toes and carrying surgery to remove toe nails on both feet. He was incredibly patient, clear and kind throughout the process. Excellent after care too. Would definitely recommend.

My feet are so much better, its stopped my knees and hips feeling tied all the time. Excellent service. will let others know about Lee Hook. Now i have insoles in my shoes that i now forget about when i am walking.

I have had treatment from Lee for plantar fasciitis in my right foot . I had a 6 week course of shock therapy and advice on stretching exercises and have gone from extreme pain to zero pain - I would recommend anyone suffering from this condition to pay Lee a visit he'll have you back on your feet in no time - Julie

Had an ingrowing toenail that became so swollen and painful I was unable to get my shoe on. Contacted Lee, who although fully booked until the end of August, managed to fit me in. Now completely pain free. Very appreciative of what he did.

After having plantar fasciitis for around 6 months and being in a lot of pain I was so happy to find Monmouth Podiatry.
Lee is very professional whilst being understanding, thorough and having an excellent way of explaining things to someone like myself who doesnt really understand injuries in the foot.
He is very reasonably priced and accommodating with regard to appointments.
I received shockwave therapy and laser therapy and feel so much better after 6 weeks.

I went to Lee with pain in my heel and arch that had been worsening and stopping me from running. I had seen another podiatrist and their advice had not helped. Lee was knowledgeable and able to diagnose and treat me easily, with shockwave treatment and different foot pads/insoles as the injury improved. After 5 sessions I am now pretty much pain free and running again. I would strongly recommend Lee.

FIRST CLASS TREATMENT AND AFTERCARE.
Took my son to see Lee as he had an ingrowing toe nail. Despite it being the end of the day, Lee offered to operate as we said we were going on a beach holiday in 3 weeks time and it needed time to heal. Thirty minutes later, it was dealt with. Lee's knowledge, expertise and generosity means we just might get in the sea and, more importantly my son is no longer in pain.
Furthermore, Lee has been available with suggestions and advice on his days off!

I first came to see Lee with a fungal toenail infection I had been ignoring. When I did eventually seek his help it was so bad that even the laser treatments didn’t work as it had spread to the root of the nail. So Lee ended up having to remove the whole nail - which then grew back perfectly, so much so you can’t even tell which nail it was now. Lee is so knowledgeable, and I trust him 100% with any nail problems I have. I recommend him to anyone! Thanks again Lee.

Lee was unfailingly helpful, informative and courteous and his treatment has made a significant difference. I've gone from hardly being able to walk, wincing with pain at each step to a very mild and diminishing discomfort that is no longer hindering me getting about. I'm very happy to recommend Lee.

what an amazing guy!
My poor son has suffered terrible verrucas for years and we've tried everything to get rid of them. His self esteem was beginning to suffer and I looked into professional treatment not realising we had someone in Monmouth who could provide exactly what we needed.
Quick response to emails and a consult booked in immediately, 7 days later my son had his first treatment with the hope he wouldn't need a second. 8 weeks later all Verrucas were gone and no further treatment required. I can honestly say it was money well spent and should they ever return I'll be calling Lee immediately. Highly recommend!

After months of suffering with my painful ingrown toenail Lee was able to sort it out within half an hour. Everything was well sanitised and clean. When he says it’s pain free… it really was! 100% recommend, wouldn’t go anywhere else.
