This gym is in a completely different league to your regular gyms! Great coaches that are supportive of your goals, no matter how big or small, with a friendly, encouraging atmosphere from all the members. I was sceptical when joining 2 years ago, as I never stick to gym memberships longer than a few months, but this gym has definitely made me fitter, stronger and a much more confident person. If you're considering joining, I'd highly recommend giving it a chance!

Even after being an athlete for most of my life, I was worried/intimidated joining a crossfit gym. But everyone was so welcoming and the coaches have all been so knowledgeable and helpful, I've loved every minute of it!
There are all sorts of abilities from new to fitness to lifelong fitness nuts and everyone is so supportive and wonderful to work out with. I can't reccomend Ludus enough!

My training and motivation was a little flat at my previous gym. Since joining ludus my fitness and strength has had a massive improvment. Great community, fantastic coaches. Feeling fulfilled at the end of every session and motivated to go back for more.

Fantastic coaching team.
Tom the head coach is incredibly inspiring, especially with what he has accomplished in his own fitness goals, including setting a world record for climbing Snowdon with 100kg, and raising money for mental health charities.
The location is easy to get to, only a couple of minutes from the main high street.
They have all the equipment you need, and the upgraded outdoor area is awesome and will be especially great in Summer!
Love the friendly atmosphere, balanced approach to training, and supportive environment.
Highly recommend to anyone sick of home workouts by themselves!
