The team there are exceedingly knowledgeable and patient. In error I ordered a bike that was too big. Everything was sorted quickly with no fuss. Really appreciated their help.

We needed a new car battery as my car wouldn't start an hour before we were due to travel to the airport, for our family holiday. Luckily Scott was there to help and was able to fit the new battery sending us on our way and on time!

The staffs are very nice and kind. I am a new driver and I know nothing about the car. I came there due to my flattened tyres. They help me to inflate it and check my car making sure it’s safe to drive. At the end, they said it is free.

Excellent service today in the Basingstoke branch. I was assisted by George who fitted new headlight bulbs for me and also carried out a complimentary car check. He spotted a couple of issues and rectified them for me immediately. George was friendly and professional and I can’t fault the service provided by him and his colleagues. I had not driven my car for a while, so my battery was flat. I ordered some jump starter leads from Halfords. I opted for longer leads for convenience. The online ordering process was seamless and my order was promptly available for collection in store. I am totally happy with my order and my car is back on the road again. Thanks Halfords!

Bought for my granddaughter to go on a camping trip. She found it nicely lightweight and easy to carry.but comfortable when unfolded. Did the trick and will hopefully last for a few years

We were seen by Chris the level of Professionalism he shown was amazing he was fast at what he was doing but didnt miss a single detail `told us the best tips n tricks for what we was looking for and showed a level of care for us which you dont see anymore. lucky to have a team member like that.

I was served by Ella, whose response was exemplary. Quick, efficient and very helpful. First class attention to a problem which was solved promptly and in the best possible manner. Cannot fault.

Had a steering cover fitted today a leather one very tricky and other jobs done in the past on my Peugeot campervan by Chris, always hope he's working on the day's I want stuff done as he's a very competent person to do the work well done Chris hope you are there next time I need work done 10/10

I received first class help from Tom in buying a car seat for my granddaughter to safely travel in my car. His explanations were clear and he demonstrated everything I needed to know and helped me to my car with the huge box.

I came into the store yesterday looking for a battery to be fitted in my Nissan Juke as mine had not survived the cold snap. Brilliant service and took a lot of stress away. Tom on the counter and Matt on the fitting took me through selecting a battery, and getting it fitted in no time and the service was super friendly and welcoming. Cannot recommend the store enough.

Had a great experience with Halfords Basingstoke. The team there understood the stress a warning lights cause people and made the transaction so easy. I told them my problem, they asked a few questions to confirm they understood, they got the product off the shelf for me, fitted the product straight away, had a chat with me about the long journey I am planning to Scotland, warned me about the condition of one of my tyres, offered a solution for the tyre, the queue at the till moved fast and the cashier Callum was really helpful. 5 stars
