Such a unique place! Pace is slow and the joy is to be had in just letting everything wash over you.

Realy interesting
Very brightly coloured and well you will just have to go and see as its difficult to fully conv9ay the feeling of being there... the kind of rustic feel with sea and then a Mediterranean influences... over sized chess to name a few... shops a great... why not have a coffee

Stunningly beautiful. There could be more souvenirs using images of the place.

Lovely couple of hours today, vibrant and colourful buildings and setting. You can see the devotion and love of the architecture and hard work that went into developing and building such a peaceful place. Great engineering and construction design went into this when you really look at the foundations of each building. Ignore the negative comments as its definitely worth visiting at least once. We visited 03.11.21 and despite the odd rainy spell we thoroughly enjoyed the day! Im 40 and my wife's 21 going on 38 lol so Parking was easy, routes and walks around the property and gardens had beautiful views of the estuary and scenery - grab a map of the grounds and get walking. Guide dogs are the only pets allowed so I'd advise to not expect to bring dogs on your visit - this also meant the paths and areas were super clean with no dog mess around any of the paths or walks - excellent!! Overall very clean, including the bathrooms and benches etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful and disabled access seemed to be in place, but that hill down to the lighthouse would be a challenge for any wheelchair user and their family (talking from experience) a lift or transport system would be amazing to help less able bodied people access it easier on their own. Overall a lovely place, we would recommend a trip to anyone else and definitely try the ice-cream on sale absolutely 🍦 deeeelicious

Beautiful picturesque place! The style really isn't my cup of tea, but you have to appreciate it for the effort that has gone into all the buildings over the years

Pricey tourist trap shops offering not very much in the way of unique items. However, the food and drink are good, is a little slow.
