The Barn Garden Centre

The food in the cafe is really good. Great service. Overall a really nice garden centre with a good selection of plants at a reasonable price.

Visited Boxwood cafe on our group ride and they were all very accommodating, with good coffee and bacon sandwiches, including a gluten free option and lots of cake options.
Would gladly stop there again when passing.

We love this place. Came today with two small granddaughters. The cafeteria staff were absolutely lovely, helping us to get settled.

Was taken here for a treat. Had a nice wander around the garden centre, not too big, for people with mobility problems. Had a lovely tea and scones in the little cafe.
Good array of stock, but if everything.

Lovely place to eat. Friendly staff, quick food and could not do more for us!. Make sure you book as not many tables and it's popular. Really enjoyed the food and milkshakes with ice cream is a must and such a change !. We will be back

I had my first experience here yesterday (Monday 27th March 2023)

My friend Neil & I had a stunning lunch there after an 11.8ml All Terrain walk.

The atmosphere, staff & food was stunning 😍 I definitely will be going back to visit.

We frequently visit The Barn for breakfast and they never disappoint. Always happy to provide gluten free options and the service is fantastic. It’s hard not to leave without at least 2 houseplants every time we visit too - they have a great selection at very reasonable prices.

One of many of our favourite garden centres as plants are well looked after. The staff are helpful and if they don't know an answer to your questions they will find out for you. The Boxwood cafe is lovely and you can also sit outside. Cafe is also dog friendly.

It was busy because the café makes delicious food that is good value for money. My cake and cup of tea was yummy.

Absolutely great and coffee shop amazing had to bring some thing home as couldn't decide. Definitely will be back.

Nice old fashioned garden centre. It sells some unusual sentimental gifts, the usual array of plants and garden centre products. The cafe was new looking, nice clean toilets. Welcoming and friendly staff. The heated cheese scones with pickle tasted lovely. I highly recommend this garden centre and café.

Great place. Staff friendly. Can't wait untill you can eat in garden area. Had cakes, they were amazing. Will certainly go again. Have been even better.

Always such friendly people here and the range grows each season. Not only a well stocked and varied array of both outdoor and indoor plants, they also offer a range of gifts and great greetings cards, homeware and preserves too. Also, a great cafe on site. Brilliant place, which we regularly visit.

Super local to me ,out side seating they do breakfast and lunches lovely cakes great selection! What i loke theres always diffrent cakes every week 😋 they do cater for vegans also great like staff great tea coffee we love it y can book yr table for lunches ,breakfasts open sundays as well
