A very nice well kept pub, friendly staff. A proper pub, the heart of the village. I've enjoyed a couple of their dishes off their special board, both were excellent. Sweet ginger pork and salmon with a pesto sauce with crushed potatoes. Hope to visit again soon

Great pub, really friendly and accommodating staff.
Had a great meal (huge portion), so tasty. I had the fish and chips, the fish was so fresh and not what I was expecting! Lovely glass of Pimm's too.
They've really made the outside area cute and enjoyable to sit there.
Highly recommend for a good pub meal!

Excellent food and friendly service. Great choice of inside and outside seating and a good selection of ales on tap. Always a "must do at least twice" when we are camping in the area.

Turned up out of blue hoping to get lunch at 2.10pm. Yes they can serve us.

Not been here before so was unsure of the portion sizes, so ordered a bowl of cheesy chips just in case.

I needn't have bothered because the baguette and jacket spud were quite filling.

Lovely pub, inside and out, will definitely be back. If you're in the area, definitely worth a try.

An absolute gem of a pub, so pleased I booked table for lunch as very popular, and I can see why. Staff were so passionate and service could not be faulted. Lunch menu was packed with traditional home cooked meals and the 4 of us each had different dishes and each fabulous. Of course choice of local beers / ales did not disappoint and the overall ambience and location of pub was great. If you are ever in this area or like us, drop by the please give this place a try you will not be disappointed. Thanks to staff and chef/s for a great lunch.

Lovely county pub. We stopped here for lunch while out for a day up the broads on a day boat. Staff were extremely friendly and food was great. Didn’t take long to come and was good value for money. They even let my son play the piano. Will definitely come back again.
