Three Rivers Pitch & Paddle

We stayed for 1 night in their double room, ‘Willow’, as our friends were staying in their Camper Vans on the site. I was so pleased they offered rooms as an option so we could join and meet up. The room was so comfortable, warm and spacious with special touches re fridge with fresh milk for quality tea and coffee whilst enjoying the fantastic view across the flatland of the valley. Nothing but nature and the landscape to enjoy. What a great place to stay. We will return as the weather warms for sure.
The staff and owners were helpful & welcoming.
I will recommend this to friends and family as so few places of this quality available in this locality. The Locks and The Wherry Pubs offer great food and atmosphere too in this beautiful village. A real gem.

Great experience. We live local and still choose to stay. Launch our canoe here many times through the year also. The theme nights are a great touch for a little campsite.

Just got home after a three night stay and my overall view is……..This place is fantastic! I believe that I had the best spot(kingfisher), fantastic views of wild life, country landscapes and idling rivers. Excellent facilities to launch and land my kayak, very pleased. Just a 30 odd minute walk to a local shop/post office and a 5 minute walk to the pub. The site is very clean and the staff were very friendly. Nice hot showers.
I will definitely be booking again.

A great day out had, rented a rowing boat with the kids and took a trip down the river to the local pub. Decent priced for boat rentals. Friendly helpful staff members. Highly recommended. Good on site facility’s

Nice chill spot with great vibes, much recommended. We rented two kayaks to explore the river, the routes are pretty and peaceful, the river is wide, plenty of space, birds, fishes, you are really in nature. Service was great, equipment good quality, everyone very friendly, would come back again.

amazing little place to hire paddle boards from, great service by all and very safe for first timers too. Immaculate facilities, boards and life jackets too. Nice small shop (well stocked) to grab a tea and coffee or cold drink. Highly recommend this place, easy access to River Waverley taking you up to the Locks Inn PH ..ideal

Fantastic little site with nature all around, we will definitely return. The site is well laid out with generous pitches, even had picnic benches on the pitches. The toilet block is spotless and warm. Really pretty subtle lighting at night time on the driveway and around the toilet block. Jodi was really friendly, informative and helpful. Understandably you are not permitted to drive on the grass in the winter months so you will need a mover if you have a caravan to site your van on your pitch.
This site really is a little gem. Thank you Three Rivers, we had a superb stay.

This is a relatively small but brilliant campsite. They have a combination of Pitch types to cater for all and direct river access for paddles ports. It is such a peaceful place.

Wow, what a fantastic campsite with lovely owners. Spent 3 nights here in our van and loved it. Went on one of the suggested walks(with Google Maps) and visited the locks pub. Will take my kayak next time. Highly recommend.

Lovely campsite with good, clean facilities. Located just outside the small, picturesque village of Geldeston. I would highly recommend a visit.

Dropped by to launch our own canoe onto River Waveney. Perfect location. Could well return to camp one day.

It’s a lovely well managed campsite with 2 pubs in walking distance (one by boat if you prefer ) we stayed in the swan wild camping pitch, it is massive, loads of room to relax and have a peaceful stay. Facilities are excellent and clean, staff are so friendly and inviting, we hired some kayaks on our second day and paddled round to the pub, it was so much fun we hired a canoe the next day, then a paddle board after that. We stayed in 3 campsites in Norfolk for an 8 day holiday - this one was without doubt the best! We will define return! 😊

I used the park and paddle option with my daughter, All the staff were polite and friendly, The location was stunning with great facilities. I cannot recommend it enough!!

This is one of the best campsites in the area. Very well managed and excellent facilities. The site comprises various pitches for camping, as well as three rooms for BnB. The boat facilities are excellent. You can hire canoes, kayaks, paddleboards and more. They even have a sauna. Everyone is clean and looked after. Highly recommended.

What a great little find! Was looking a quick night away in the tent and do some kayaking and we hit the jack pot! Great service from the staff, excellent pitches, very clean and good facilities. Best bit, we could launch our boats from the pitch! Will definitely be back!

A lovely venue, the location is easy to find and is set on beautiful grounds. The staff are super friendly and helpful with great knowledge of the local area. We were here for kayaking and had a blast, there are even nice, clean shower rooms to get changed in if need be.

Must be good as they had a constant feed of people hiring water craft out! And with the Locks only a 5-minute drive away (or paddle) you have a perfect location.

Absolutely will come back here next season.

We turned up in a Wednesday morning and it was very clean, tidy and well organised. It was easy to speak to all the staff and ask anything. We cannot recommend this place enough even though only visiting once so far. We got 2 sit on kayaks for 3 hours. The routes were never ending which was very reassuring and good because it makes us want to go back again. Lovely lovely place with lovely lovely people. Highly recommended from our first visit and hopefully the start of many more.

We stayed here for a few nights. What a fantastic site. Jodi is so friendly and welcoming. The site is so peaceful and the views of the river are amazing. The wildlife around there is so lovely to see, and it's so nice to go somewhere that cares about the surroundings to let the wildlife thrive.
The toilets and showers are amazing, they're kept lovely and clean. The pitches are hook up and non hook up, so it's nice to have a choice of both, with plenty of room.
The weather wasn't brilliant but even the rain didn't ruin our stay. It was nice watching people going out on their paddle boards on one side, and the bigger boats on the other. A perfect way to relax and chill. We loved it so much we're going back in a few weeks time.
Well done Jodi and team for having a lovely relaxed site and covid safety measures in place. Would definitely recommend coming here.

It was the perfect site to do our first t5 van camping trip!
So much so we end up booking a couple of extra nights as we didn’t want to leave!
Great access to the river and generously spaced pitches!
The staff are incredible, super helpful and make you feel at home and always go out of their way to have a friendly chat and ask you about your day!
The facilities are better than we expected, as I quite like the way they have made them to be more like bathrooms rather than a shower block!
My only wish, is that there was a way to recycle our recycling rather than everything into a big bin, but other than that the place is perfect and we have had the best 5 nights trip away! Have already told our friends they should book a trip here and hoping to make plans to make a visit again soon!
