What can I say? The PERFECT, PERFECT florist - I couldn't recommend more if you're having a wedding or an event and need a florist with an amazing vision, exceptional customer service, of course UNBELIEVABLE flowers, but most importantly a genuinely all round wonderful human being! Dawn was a complete joy to work with from start to finish. From our initial consultation she was calm, kind, professional and obviously knew exactly what she was doing. She listened to everything I was thinking, and came up with such an amazing vision and absolutely STUNNING flowers that people are still talking about them now!! Not only that, but we were able to meet Dawn and see the flowers beforehand and chat through colours and flower types and styles, it was genuinely one of the highlights organising my wedding working with Dawn. She made me feel so special, and I genuinely felt she cared from the moment we had our initial chat! On the day, Dawn organised everything perfectly, dropping flowers and displays and buttonholes all over Cambridge! She even supported us at the venue in the afternoon briefly to help pop the flowers in hired vases as an additional service that was SO appreciated. Dawn and her team went above and beyond every step of the way! The flowers themselves were just extraordinary, I couldn't have asked for anything more beautiful, I actually burst into tears when I saw them! I don't usually write such long reviews but from the bottom of my heart I can't thank Dawn and her team enough for everything they did for us!

The team are so friendly and professional and listened to the theme we wanted for our special day and knew exactly what sort of flowers and foliage would suit…. And wow did they impress!

The bouquets down to the aisle and summerhouse display and table decorations were stunning and could not be more pleased with the outcome! It all came together and made the day even more special!

The next morning we were also asked by the bride the next day if she could keep the summerhouse display as it was so beautiful!

The staff at The Manor Florist were very helpful and well-organised. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and smelled lovely - the recipient was delighted with them.

Absolutely beautiful! I ordered a bouquet of flowers as part of a gift for my sister, they arrived next day (as promised), hand delivered by a lovely member of the team and all i can say is WOW.
I was half tempted to keep them for myself and shrug my shoulders when it came to handing them over haha beautiful flowers, barely any blemishes on the petals, no half dead buds or crushed leaves - flawless. My sister said they were the best flowers she's ever received and wished they were fake so she could keep them forever!
I've gotten used to moonpig or tesco level of quality when it comes to flowers but these flowers really boosted the bar for what is considered a beautiful arrangement. Everyone was asking where i got them from - i gladly handed out the details as i was very impressed with them myself.

I have been looking for a florist in the Cambridge area with a bit more taste and talent than most for years and I finally found it. My other half can be veeeeeeery picky with flowers and she was over the moon. I won't ever go anywhere else.

We had The Manor Florist for our wedding and I am so glad we did. Everything was absolutely stunning from the bouquets down to the flowers provided for the cake. I got so many comments on how beautiful the arrangements were. Communication was also great from the time of booking onwards. If you are considering using them for your wedding or any occasion then 100% do it.

I purchased my wedding flowers from the Manor florist for a June 2021 wedding. Their communication was excellent throughout the whole process and Dawn was so attentive. I showed a few inspiration photos of what I liked but the flowers on the day were truly outstanding and better than anything I could have envisioned. All the bouquets, button holes, church flowers and table centre pieces were fabulous. Dawn went above and beyond and the flowers not only looked absolutely beautiful but also smelled divine. I recently booked a floral bouquet delivery with The Manor Florist and couldn’t be happier with the service! Flowers were beautiful, and delivered exactly as requested. On top of that, they were super accommodating with a special request - I wanted to add a particular bottle of champagne to the order and they let me ship the bottle to the florist and then delivered it to the recipient together with the flowers and a handwritten card. Would definitely use them again!

Beautiful large bouquet of unusual cream and white flowers. Delivered eight days ago and they are still really gorgeous. Highly scented buds are now out, some flowers I've never seen before are nestling in there and a variety of interesting green fronds set off the flowers. I've never had such a bouquet and they really did cheer me up when feeling poorly.

Manor Florist provided the flowers for our wedding day in August 2016. Dawn was absolutely fantastic! I had no idea how I would manage to sort flowers out, when I was organising a wedding from abroad, but Dawn was really informative and quick in replying to emails and my hundreds of questions! We used Pinterest to share ideas, and when we arrived in the UK, she was happy to have multiple meetings to ensure we had exactly what we wanted.
