We really enjoyed our stay in the yurt. It had everything we needed for a comfortable few days with a small child. The low key, laid back vibe of the place was perfect and had lovely pubs in walking distance

We really enjoyed staying in the yurt. It a beautiful structure and the new cover is really lovely. The beds are comfy and cosy with lovely fresh linen. Bring air beds or roll mats for kids. The stove/fire really throws out heat. Lovely sitting at the table in the evening, great fire bowl. Two nice pubs within walking distance. Phil was very helpful with our queries and easy to communicate with. It’s an easy distance from Hastings and the sea.

Dogwood offers a relaxing and tranquil environment to enjoy the peaceful countryside. We stayed in the yurt which was immaculate and enjoyed the bird song in the mornings. Phil is a great host and was on hand if we needed anything. The local pubs are fantastic and Rye only a few minutes drive so it's the best of both worlds. I would definitely visit again.

This was a short stay but my mum & I truly enjoyed it! Phil is a very nice & friendly host, the tent itself is great & clean. Definitely hoping to come back!

Excellent stay at Dogwood. Katy and Phil were really helpful, friendly and communicative throughout. Phil even got the wood burner going when we arrived so we could head straight out to the pub for some food! The yurt was comfortable with great attention to detail. More importantly it was warm and withstood Storm Ciara - we slept soundly despite the 50mph winds. Shower and toilet facilities were clean. Will be back and would highly recommend

We had a really relaxing and comfortable time, the cabin is certainly cosy with the comfy bed and electric heater. It was awesome to see all the chickens and the Pumpkin and Olive (the two pygmy goats) outside our window! Phil was really accommodating, lovely hosts :) would definitely recommend.

Didn't get a chance to go as the proprietor kindly cancelled on us due to it being "missold" on the booking site. Back online within minutes priced at £40 per night more. The price is the price - you want to price-gouge for whatever reason you should do it before you advertise it. This is just pure greed and poor business practice. The sort of thing you should not be doing as a private business.
