Millets

Lovely experience last week with the friendly staff who welcomed me and my dog. Place is very dog friendly which allowed me to do my shopping at easy as I needed some last minute items for my hoilday. Shop is clean and easy to navigate. Natalie and her colleges on the day were all very lovely and I will definitely be back, with the pup 🐾

Visited shop jacket that was on sale, not available in my size, so assistant ordered in my size, at no extra cost. The coat arrived within 23 hours of the order. Excellent service assistant was really helpful and very polite.

Friendly staff, have most things to need to a camp or walk in the UK. Not great for anything extreme but I do think that fits most if their clients. Some good deals, some things over priced. Do your research before you buy!

Impulse visit on Jan 30th. After long consultation with my daughter in Italy bought a Peter Storm packable jacket and then a matching hat (bin end). Served by Meg but all staff unfailingly polite and helpful.

Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and always on hand to answer any questions about the products which are really good quality. There's always items at reduced prices and being a member of the National Trust and English Heritage is an added bonus.

Love Millets. Never disappoints. Always find what I'm looking for. Great variety. Great deals. Great customer service. Have bought three items of clothing recently. All of which have been well worth the money paid for them. I travel a lot and spend quite a bit of money on hotel food. Millets have now got some vacuum pack food which looks good and I will be buying some soon and testing it out. Probably gonna save me lots of money. Looking forward to visiting Millets again soon.

Came here to purchase some new walking boots for me, and to consider returning my wife's unworn walking boots purchased at another branch because of concerns over the fit. Kai (I think was his name!) was great - knowledgeable, reassuring, helpful, patient. We came away feeling confident in our purchases, which is great given the cost of both sets of boots was more than either of us had planned to spend. Plus the Lexicon is a great shopping area - so would definitely recommend!

excellent service! They really do go the extra mile here! Not sure of the lady’s name I spoke to on the phone but she deserves some credit! I was struggling with how to put my tent up whilst in wales ( as I’d never put a tent up before other than a pop up! Ahah) but she helped me pretty much every step of the way! If it wasn’t for these guys I would have been sleeping on the floor! They have great knowledge of the products in store, efficient and professional. Honestly the best customer experience I've ever had in an outdoor shop, 2 times now in the last 4 months. They are very helpful and patient and I reccomend the place for getting the right shoe. Team should be proud of themselves.

Great shop with all any adventurous types or leisurely walkers would love from tents and camping gear to walking boots and climbing items too. The choice is great and the staff are very courteous and knowledgeable.

A cut above the bargain basement outdoor shops, Millets actually has a very intelligent range of well chosen and competitively priced gear, and fantastically helpful and friendly staff too. I'm not going to bother travelling to Cotswold Outdoor for a while.
