Great staff, knowledgeable, explain clearly what is happening and why. Email reminders for appontments.
Only reason for 4* is no answerphone and no parking. Have found it difficult to contact by phone. They do reapond swiftly to emails. Havent tried IG messenger although that may be quicker

My 12 year old Daughter waited 8 months for an appointment, she was extremely anxious and nervous on the day, X-rays were taken, the X-ray machine wouldn’t transfer X-rays over properly, we were told we need to come back in a couple of weeks to discuss treatment, not much more information was given to us however I was able to read the notes on screen myself that certainly weren’t looking positive!
So we speak to reception to book a new appointment and are told the next available appointment is not for over another two months! Not a couple of weeks! Once again my Daughter is extremely anxious and we are none the wiser about what the treatment plan may be.
10 months we would of waited…

Catalogue of failures and mishaps on a recent trip with my child. From looking at another child’s records, failing to take a successful x ray, keeping us waiting whilst the dentist proceeds to talk about a recent holiday for 15 mins with a colleague. Only then to be told we now cannot be seen and to arrange a new app!! Dentist name was Philippa, worst dental service I’ve ever encountered. Child was upset having missed almost 2 hours of school…very disappointing indeed.

Very fast at sorting treatment compared to other Orthodontic centres in the area.

It's a shame that the practice has an awful culture towards patients and zero leniencies in terms of running a few mins late to appointments and also very pushy on passing on costs at every opportunity.

I would recommend waiting rather than visiting here with your children.
