Service and food of an excellent standard. We had the roast beef on a Sunday evening. Harry served us with great aplomb - pleasant and possessing confidence beyond his years. A great dining experience

Delicious food ,well presented and served by friendly staff . Because it was a special reunion of old school friends,the chef kindly made up a lovely dessert platter as a treat 😋

Wonderful old pub with great staff, a nicely varied menu, stellar wine list, and a top position in the 'competitive mile' of lunch spots that Broadway's 'feature strip' is known for.

Importantly, prices (while not cheap) were reasonable in comparison to neighbours. Free parking and a street front terrace are points of difference.

My only curiosity is not a complaint: is the UK ready for a charcuterie board without cheese? Yes, yes, I know the purist foodie answer. I just wonder if most clientele will 🤔😉.

Highly recommended place for all things if you like an upmarket pub which hasn't lost its character.

As per review below, we went back to the Swan for Sunday lunch today and was not disappointed. Elizabeth was very attentive, subtly checking all was well without being at all intrusive. For the Sunday lunch, there’s Yorkshires, and then there’s Yorkshires the Swan serve! The portion size is perfect and the beef and chicken were wonderfully cooked…We look forwards to coming back again, but hopefully not leaving it 10 years this time!! Thanks to the whole team for creating a great restaurant.

Ate here late(ish) on a Monday evening in February when few other places were serving food - so glad I did!
Ambience was great, there was a nice warm vibe and some fascinating decor.
Food was really great, my steak was wonderfully tasty, cooked spot on and nicely presented with some very tasty mushrooms. The shiraz was also exceptionally nice.
Staff were really friendly, helpful and attentive (and industrious - if you're the manager, be proud of those guys!) though they did charge my card when I went to the loo, thinking I'd left without paying! (Yep, I,m THAT guy )

Had wine and dine menu last night for a table of 6. Service from Jo and Ben was outstanding helpful, speedy and very professional. Food was excellent for all 3 courses. Super value for money. See you next year on our next visit. Thank you for a fantastic night.

Delicious Sunday Roasts. They have a great selection of roasts, and if you're not sure about which one to get, you can always get the Trio of Roasts and try them all. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Karl who made sure we had everything we needed. The pub has lots of different areas, outdoors, near the bar and then a few quieter lounges.
We couldn't have found a better place for a Sunday lunch during our time in The Cotswolds.

Was running late for our booking due to traffic and the staff were very accommodating. Took my two dogs and was very quickly given a bowl of water for the two of them as well.
Food arrived quickly and was very tasty. Staff attentive and friendly. I had the chicken roast and my sister had the pork belly. The crackling was delicious.

Great value, great portion, great service. Shout out to Harry for his amazing service! It’s the best Sunday roast I’ve ever had!!!

I made a last minute reservation for my family of 8 (via two small table reservations at the same time) and the restaurant was so accommodating to sit us at a lovely large table together. They also did amazing with our two very sleep deprived toddlers. They brought the toddlers meals out with the appetizers so that they wouldn’t have to wait, which really helped their moods. The food was all delicious and we appreciated the large and diverse menu. It was also a lovely atmosphere.

Lovely atmosphere and perfect ambience. We popped in for a drink Saturday lunchtime and had already booked a table for that evening. The food was so good and all of the staff were very friendly, polite & attentive. A fantastic time in the Swan which was 'run like a well oiled machine'. We'll definitely return and highly recommend.

Had a lovely lunch here with a friend today (9/11/23) & enjoyed our whole dining experience. Friendly & attentive service, comfortable seats, nice view (despite the typical British weather!!) and a relaxed atmosphere. Varied menu & prices. I had the sausages & mash with green beans & onion rings which I can strongly recommend. Treated ourselves to a Calypso (floater) coffee as haven't had one in years!! Will definitely return 😊

Have been for evening meal here 3 times now. Food is consistently excellent. Service is also excellent, especially considering how busy they were each Saturday evening that I've been. Fabulous wine choices too. Thank you.

Food was excellent. Service good though a little confused as we nearly had two meals we hadn't ordered then after we did order we nearly had 2 extra starters! Other than that it was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Some limited parking is available behind the pub.
Menu was comprehensive with a good range of items though it wasn't exactly cheap for steaks.

We were a table of 3 that had booked via the online form for 19:45. Lovely pub. All of the staff were incredibly friendly. We came on the weekend with the vintage & classic cars meaning the staff had clearly had a very long day. We were hoping for Sunday roasts and by the time we sat down were told there were none left. Ben, our server could clearly see our disappointment (not his fault!) .. wow. He went above and beyond .. he came back and said the chef would put us together a plate of what he could including veg, gravy, meat .. the only thing missing was the roasties (I wasn’t too worried!). He made our day. We absolutely would have been fine without the roasts but Ben really put himself out to try and get something sorted for us. Thank you. We will definitely be back!

We had the valentines set meal and it was honestly just incredible! Food was beautiful and great service . Can’t recommend it enough

We ate here 10 years ago for our honeymoon and loved it. Having gone back yesterday, 10 years later, it is still an amazing restaurant. We ate there last night, went in for an unplanned lunch today (Sat, also fantastic) and look forward to Sunday lunch booked tomorrow! **Molly M** served us Friday night and couldn't have done a better job, thanks Molly. She and another member of staff even popped over to wish us a Happy Anniversary - What a lovely touch, and shows the restaurant really knows how to stand out from the crowd. The Chocolate Bombe is awesome, and the steak and pork belly mains were equally fantastic. Looking forward to returning in another 10 years (or hopefully sooner!!)...

Every time I’ve been the to swan (+-6 times) I have found the food absolutely amazing. They do a fantastic Sunday Roast!!! Service from the Bar staff Lovely Lilly, a saffa Chap - (like me) and Tom has always been on point!

Great place to bring the family or even treat your lady to a date night.
