We showed up to a class 4 minutes late and was refused entry. When I asked for that member of staff to ask her supervisor if she could please let us in she simply refused. If it was ten minutes or beyond I get it. But 4 minutes just felt horrible and unreasonable. My poor 3 year old left in tears.
